This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss or theft of personal property of any kind. WE STRICTLY ENFORCE ALL GOVERNMENT MANDATED COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS. The "registered guest" is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or any member of their party and guests visiting. No smoking or vaping in rooms or on our property. Smoking in rooms and in and around the parking lot will incur a $300 charge. All dishes are to be cleaned. Failure to clean dishes will incur a $30.00 charge. No pets are allowed on the property or in vehicles. QUIET TIME IS 10PM TO 8AM AND IS STRICTLY ENFORCED, VIOLATORS ARE WILL BE REMOVED. Pets are allowed in designate rooms ONLY for an additional charge of $30.00 + taxes per night with maximum charge of $100. BBQ use is first come first serve basis. One designated parking stall per room, any extra vehicle will be charged $5.00 per day charged, based on availability. DURING COVID-19 THERE WILL NOT BE HOUSEKEEPING DURING YOUR STAY. WE WILL OFFER LINEN EXCHANGE. A credit card in the name of the reservation holder must be presented at check in. You must be 18 years old to make a reservation.
