Property and Cancellation Policies :
For standard rate:  If cancellation made at least seventy-two (72) hours / 3 days before the arrival date, your deposit is protected so you can use it to make another booking within the next 6 months if you cancel. Any service fees will be non-refundable. 
Late cancellations and no shows: No refund will be given for payments already made. Bookings made online / email must be cancelled via the respective channel.

Reservations made directly or through our website must be guaranteed through credit card or your PayPal account. 20% deposit is required.If a deposit is not made 3 days before the reservation date, reservation will automatically be cancelled.

1. Identification
The hostel is only authorised to accommodate properly registered guests.People who will check-in to the room needs to bring a valid photo identification card with you. Forforeigners’ passport will be needed; for locals’passport or valid government issued ID card e.g. Driver’s License,SSS, TIN or Postal ID. You’ll need to present this upon check in, so pleasedon’t forget it!
Visitors are only allowed in the lobby, cafe, and roofdeck bar. Violatorswill be charged. The lobby is available for receiving visitors. 
2. Age Restrictions
Minors under 18 years,
 male orfemale, are not allowed to stay at thehostel without being accompanied by parents or guardians and/or must book awhole dorm or private room.
3. Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is from 2:00pm
. If youarrive before then we have a space in the lobby where you can dump your bag andgo explore! Or really need the bed tosleep? We allow early check-in with no promises starting 6am with ahalf-day charge. So let us know ahead of time for us to check the availability.Check-out is by 11am so please make sure you (andyour belongings) are out of the room by then. Guests checking out between11:00AM - 1:00PM shall be charged PHP 100. HaIf-day rate will be charged from11:00AM - 4:00PM and is subject to availability. If you decide to checkout beyond 4:00PM, a whole day rate will be charged. So make sure your alarm isset!
4. Room/Bed allocation 
PLEASE do NOT change beds or usedifferent locker without informing the front desk. 
If you’re travelling with friends or family,we’ll do our utmost to book you in a room together but this can’t always beguaranteed. If you want to make sure that you aren’t separated from your group,we’d suggest booking a private room or taking over a whole dorm.
**Please note that all our dorms are mixed unlessyou are a girl and booked an all-female dorm. 
5. Payment/ Charges
Room charge must be paid upon check-in
. If guests wish to extend, paymentis upon extension.  
If guest decided to cut-short/cancel the stay,the payment made is not refundable but can be use in other dates depending on availability.
security deposit of PHP 500 incash or guest passport/s for each person will be collectedupon check-in, in case of loss & or damages in the room/bed you will beusing. It can be refunded/returned upon check-out, excluding othercharges. E.g. stained linens has corresponding charges.
6. Check-in Kit (Keycard, RFID, Towel)
Upon check-in we’ll be lending youkey-card which gives you access to your room, RFID bracelet to buy food &drinks at the café and bar, and towel for you to shower. If you lose your keycard, it’s PHP 200, PHP 70 for RFID and PHP 400 for lost and stained towel forreplacement, so please keep it safe and return at the front desk upon check-out!Z Hostel is not liable for the loss or damages of any of these.
7. Cancellation Policy for AdvanceReservation
If cancellation made at leastseventy-two (72) hours / 3 days before the arrival date, your deposit isprotected so you can use it to make another booking within the next 6 months, if not used within the period it’s notrefundable. Any service fees will be non-refundable as well. Bookings madeonline travel agent or third party channel must be cancelled via therespective channel and is subject to approval.
If you arrive a day late without informing thehostel, booking will be considered no-show. 
Late cancellations and no shows: 100% of room charge will be charged. 
8. Luggage Storage
We reserve the right to store yourluggage for only 2 weeks for free, if you wish to extend there will be a charge of PHP 500 per week. Dueto limited space whenever there's no given notice, we, Z Hostel have the rightsto dispose your luggage.
9. Management rights
-The management reserves for itself the absoluteright of admission to any person in the hostel premises and to request anyguest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any previous notice andwithout assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacatewhen requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to removethe luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her- with a two to three-member committee in attendance - and lock the room or sellthe bed to another guest.
-Z Hostel does not assume liability for theloss, theft or damage of your luggage’s and belongings while in thepremises.  Any type of loss or damage to items in the room or anypublic space will result in a charge that will be at the discretion of theManagement. 
-Strictly NO SMOKING, VAPING insidethe hostel premises with the exemption of the roof deck bar; as stated inRepublic Act No. 9211, once you violate this provision the hostel is liable tocharge you the equivalent amount of the whole room. COOKING, WASHING OF CLOTHES in the hostel premises and bringing of FOOD & DRINKS inside therooms are PROHIBITED except water.
-Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these House Rules. Inthe event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel has the right torepudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before theagreed period has elapsed.
