2. Check-in / Check-out Policy. Standard check-in time is 2:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Extension until 1pm – 200
- Late Check-Out after 1pm – half day charge
- Check out after 4pm – additional night
- Early check in / late check out requests are subject to availability.
4. Age Restriction. Minors (18 years and below) are not allowed to check-in without parents and must book a private room or private dorm.
5. Room/Bed assignment. Room assignments provided by the Front Desk must be strictly adhere to. Request for a change in room assignment are subject to availability and must be coordinated with the Front Desk.
6. Payment/ Charges. Full payment is required upon check-in. A refundable security cash deposit of PHP 500 (or valid passport) is required upon check (in case of losses or damages during the stay). Incidental charges must be settled in cash or credit card only upon check out.
7. Room check / Housekeeping Requests. Housekeeping team is allowed to conduct daily room check at 10am and 5pm. Make up room requests will be addressed 3pm onwards.
8. Keycard, RFID, Towel. A fine of Php 200 will be charged for lost keycards and Php100 for lost RFID bracelets. Towels are available at the desk upon check in. PHP400 will be charged for lost and/or stained towels.
9. Cancellation Policy. Cancellation policy:3 days before arrival – 50% of total room charge for the entire stay; less than 3 days - 100% of total room charge for the entire stay; No Show-full charge
10.SMOKING and/or VAPING inside the hostel premises IS NOT ALLOWED except at the roof deck bar, as stated in Republic Act No. 9211. Guests who do not comply will be fined PHP 3,000 per offense.
11. Management Rights. The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hostel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to remove any belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her- with a two to three-member committee in attendance - and lock the room or sell the bed to another guest.
