Our property includes a collection of 4 historic 2 story buildings which have guest rooms on both the 1st and 2nd floor. We do not have any elevators. If you have specific needs we recommend calling and speaking with our staff who will be happy to answer any questions.
We have a marina that can accommodate boats up to 60' with power, water & satellite hookups at each slip. There is an outdoor pool and kiddie pool open from Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend. Our poolside snack bar serves lunch and drinks from the end of June through Labor Day (weather permitting.)
Our restaurant and lounge are open seasonally. We also cater private parties from 30 to 75 people.

Guests must be 25 years of age to rent.
Weekend rates apply to all weekday holiday periods. On select weekends and all of May through October, a minimum stay of 2 or more nights is required.
All prices are based on 2 guests per room. There is an additional charge of $10 per additional guest per night ages 4 and over.
All reservations are subject to confirmation. Reservations are considered commitments for the entire stay.
A minimum deposit of one day's rental is required. A 95% refund of your deposit will be applied if we are notified of cancellations more than one week in advance. Guest is responsible for the entire cost of their reservation if cancelled within the one week period prior to reservation check-in date. Cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival date may be refunded subject to the re-rental of the accommodation for the entire reservation period.
