We do not have parking on the premises however you may park your car at on extra cost on the street wherever you can find an available spot. We are not responsible or liable for theft or loses. While the property is in a safe neighbourhood, it is always a good idea to lock your car at all times.
Prices and Taxes
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice unless a reservation has already been fully paid for. Taxes are based on local laws.
House Rules:
- No pets. If pets are found a $1,500 MXN penalty will apply
- Smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms, hallways or breakfast area. Smoking is only allowed in the balconies and designated pool area where the chairs are located. A penalty of $1,500 MXN will apply
- Drugs of any kind are prohibited. Authorities will be called in the event drugs are being used
- Parties, events or get togethers are not allowed
- Speakers are prohibited. Please use headphones while listening to music
- The pool area closes at 10pm and we ask guests not to use this area after this time. Please be mindful of noise
- Please ensure the hotel’s door and yours is locked at all times. In some cases you may need to pull the door to lock it securely
- Rodina, its proprietors and operators will not assume responsibility for any lost or forgotten valuables in the hotel. A safe has been provided for your personal use.
- Please help us to conserve energy by turning off all the lights in your room and AC while you are out and by ensuring proper use of towels
- We offer cleaning daily. If you wish not to have your room cleaned, please let us know in advance
- Please be mindful of our white linens while consuming food and beverage in your room. If our linens are stained beyond repair, an additional cleaning fee will apply
- We have an iron and board available from 8-6pm on request. Please avoid ironing on the bed or desk.
- Tips for the cleaning staff are voluntary. If you choose to leave a tip, please use the envelope provided
- Balcony guest rooms - hanging clothes out to dry on the balcony is not allowed
