Property and Cancelation Policies :
Deposit Policy: Credit card information required to make a reservation and to hold reservation. Your Credit card will be charged on the day of your check in and your electronic room key and room assignment will be emailed to you the morning of your arrival. There is no room key to pick up or drop off. If you are paying cash (we love cash) please let us know prior to your arrival and we will proceed as you wish.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 48 hours prior to your reservation check in to avoid any charges (early check outs are also subject to 24-hour cancellation policy). In Season Between June 1st & September 30th, a 1-week cancellation notice due to the high demand on rooms during this period. Please communicate with us as soon as possible with any changes and we will work with you on your stay needs. Cancelation and or reservation changes must be made via phone call and no request will be honored if emailed. If you make a reservation through a 3rd party booking agency like Expedia it is their policy that all requested cancellations be made through them. We cannot cancel a reservation through a booking engine even if we wanted to. Thank you for your understanding.

Late Check-out: Subject to availability (fees may apply)
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
WiFi: WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Crib and extra bed policies: We offer roll away beds upon request.
Identification: Guests may be required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

- All rates are subject to state 8% lodging taxes. ~ All rates are subject to change without notice.
- Must be 21 years of age to register.
- You will be responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay including damaged or loss towels or linen.
Camping Rules:
- Only one Camper (Class A, B, C or Truck Bed Camper allowed per reservation, per RV Spot.
- If you have a RV you can have Tents as long as your tent and all belonging are maintained within your reserved RV Spot. There is an additional $10 fee per night for each Tent.
-DRY CAMP, if you have a Dry Camp reservation that means you did not pay for Water or electric hook up or Sewer. If you ask for these amenities your rate will be adjusted from the Dry Camp rate to the Full Hook Up rate.

Well behaved and well attended dogs are welcome! We strive and take pride in providing you with the cleanest room you can find and this does take much more effort and time with dogs.
For this we have to charge $10 per dog per night fee with a maximum fee of $30 charge per stay. We have a maximum of three dogs per room unless prior approved. Pets will not incur a fee in our RV's and Campgrounds.
We are sorry but we do not allow cats or other pets. - DOGS ONLY.
