Photo identification and a valid credit card for pre-authorisation will be required. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken and will be used to cover incidental items. Cash is NOT an acceptable form of bond when staying with Excelsior Apartment.
Check in time is after 3:00pm, and check out time is 10:30am. Check in instructions will be send to your via email or text once the room is ready on the day
