This is a business, and if one is unable to attend the reservation due to circumstances in one’s own life, this missfortune should not be passed onto the lodge, missfortune is one’s own, and should be owned as such. If you are subject to such misfortune you have our heart felt condolences. Please make sure you have travel insurance to cover such missfortune, and have read THEIR T&A before purchasing it. Travel Insurance must be taken out BEFORE purchasing any of your trip.For Non-refundable rates -WE GIVE PERPETUAL & TRANSFERIBLE CREDIT, Up to 48hrs before check-in. So up until 4pm two days before arrival. Also known as open ended postponement.(a.) Perpetual & Transferible Credit, for the USD$ amount paid less a $50 admin fee, for each time you rebook, will be given for a reservation or part of a reservation cancelled up until 48 hours prior to arrival date, 4pm.(b.) Written cancellation/modification must be RECEIVED by Charlie Good on Whatsapp message to +51938202221, with your full name, booking number, dates.(c.) No credit is due for reservations cancelled within 48hrs of check-in. (d.) Credit may not be applied for future stays over bank holidays “feriados” or corresponding dates.(e.) Credit does not expire.(f.) Credit is transferrable by emailing us with your credit note email and copying in the party that you wish to transfer it to.(g.) Your visit can be rearranged a maximum of 2 times, each time incurring a $50 admin fee.(h.) For room only bookings the credit is applicable against room fees, not food or other services.(i.) Your Credit Note email from us, with the amount of credit, should be kept safe as you should respond to it to your next booking.(j.) We will do everything that we can to be flexible around date changes, even within 48hours of arrival.(k.) Rebooking subject to availability.
***REFUNDABLE***: Refundable reservations are refundable until 7 days before check in. That is until 4pm two days before hand. Processing of this refund may take up to 62 days, although we endevour to do it immediately. Within 7 days REFUNDABLE reservations get all the benefits and conditions of **NON-Refundable** reservations.
****LAST MINUTE**** rates, no postponement or credit is offered, it is strictly: “Use it or lose it”.

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The lodge is NOT located in the rather ugly city of Huaraz. It is located near the entrance to the Llanganuco gorge, the Huascaran National Park, in the Cordillera Blanca. Here:
IGV tax of 10% is taken on all bookings.
1.) Confirmation of bookings: We ask for a full 100% payment upfront in US dollars for your room fee.
2.) This is a full board establishment, you agree that you MUST pay for full board 14 days before check in. *Pay Food Later* : CBL is a Full Board experience, offering locally-sourced, nourishing meals to fuel your daily adventures. From your first meal to your last, we take care of every detail, so you can focus on embracing the mountains. Please note, all bookings include Full Board, with payment required two weeks before arrival to allow us to plan and provide for you seamlessly. If you have chosen the *Pay Food Later* option and you have not paid by 14 days 4pm of your booking, the system will automatically cancel your reservation and no refund made. Please make sure you contact Charlie Good by Whatsapp to confirm payment has been entered in the system. We are in the mountains, there is nowhere else to eat.
DIGITAL RATE is $55usd per adult if paying by any digital means, kids <12yrs: $41, <9yrs: $28, <6yrs: $14.
If the full board fee is not paid in FULL, 14 days before Check In, for the duration of your stay, then your reservation will be annulled with no right to reimbursement.
If you do not agree to pay or do not pay for the full board food, then your reservation will be annulled without right to a refund.
Check-in : 16:00 hrs. Check-out: 10:00 hrs. Early check in or late check out possible with no charge ONLY if available. The latest check in time is 20:00 hrs. You are welcome to arrive before check in time to the hotel or depart after check out, but we need to get into the room for cleaning services.
Payments: A bank transfer can be made to our account to BCP Bank (account in USD if you are in Perú).
Internet: We have broadband unlimited internet in the bar, NOT in the rooms
Parking: we have free parking available
Services not used: There will be no refunds for non-used services under any circumstance.
