Property and Cancelation Policies :
When a reservation is made a 30% deposit will be collected. This is all refundable besides the 10% cancelation fee to all cancelations up to 30 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel the day before or the day of your reservation you will be charged your entire balance on your reservation. For example if your deposit was $30 and you cancel 35 days before your reservation you would receive $20 back. If you cancel 29 days before your reservation you get no money back. If you cancel the day before or the day your reservation we would charge your card the remaining $60 on your account. A no call no show is also charged the rest of the balance on the reservation. These policies are strictly enforced and we do not make exceptions. We only will offer free cancellations in the event there is a lack of snow during winter season.
