Property and Cancelation Policies :
- If the guest cancels more than 5 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the 50% prepayment is non-refundable.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: hola@piulethostel.com
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.
- No refundable rates has no refund, no exceptions.
Terms and Conditions
City tax not included: €5.50 per person per night, maximum 7 nights.
Check in is from 3 p.m. Please confirm your arrival time with the reception.Check out 11am. Breakfast not included.To confirm your reservation, you will need to provide 50% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be made through credit card. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is confirmed. The deposit is fully refundable if any modification or cancellation is made at least 5 days before the arrival date if you choose the standard rate. Age limit: we have an age limit of 18 to 45 years. If you are outside this age range upon arrival at the hostel, we have the right to cancel your reservation without refund of your deposit, as well as charge the applicable cancellation fee. We do not accept cash payments.
