Property and Cancelation Policies :
In case of a cancelation, please send us an email to info@siargao-inn.com. We will send you a confirmation within 24h per email. Any deposit received are non-refundable. Any cancellation received within 15 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge and none refundable. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

Please read all of the following information carefully to ensure you have a pleasant stay with us. By clicking the box and completing the booking process you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Always check the details of your booking to ensure it is correct.
Bookings are made on an accommodation-only basis. Breakfast is no included in the accommodation rate.
1) This is a confirmed booking.
2) Booking Validity:
We only allow the number of persons to stay that corresponds with the number of beds booked. Please make sure the number of persons in your reservation match the number of beds you are choosing to avoid disappointment.
3) Payments:
We accept cash payments in PHP (Philippine Peso) and Credit / Debit Card payment is accepted at Siargao Inn Beach Resort with subject of a 3% surcharge.
4) Check in / Check out time:
We are available for you to check in any time after 1pm. if you arrive earlier and the room is already available, you can check in or you can use our common areas before taking the room. Our check out time is strictly by 11am.
5) All our bungalows are non-smoking.
6) Prices displayed through this booking engine are the most up to date and therefore valid and might differ from prices displayed elsewhere.
7) What is included?:
All taxes, bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Breakfast is not included in the price of accommodation
8) Damage clause:
By clicking the box which signifies that you accept Siargao Inn's terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any damage caused to Siargao Inn by you, other members of your party, or anyone invited to Siargao Inn by you or anyone in your party. Further, you hereby authorise Siargao Inn to charge your credit card (the same credit card that is used to secure this reservation) for the entire amount required to restore the damaged area back to the condition it was prior to your arrival.
