Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will be charged 100%
If booking less than 30 days before arrival, we require full pre-payment and it is non-refundable.
Please note, if you are making changes/amendments to your dates less than 30 days before arrival, you are still responsible for the full payment of your original committed dates, as it becomes harder for us to re-book the room at late notice.You will still be charged 100% of your total reservation if cancellations/delays caused by circumstances such as the weather, flight delays, acts of nature or mistakes you may have made with your reserved dates/itinerary or flight schedules effect your trip. We strongly recommend all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover such eventualities.

All our rooms are designed to sleep up to a maximum of 2 people only
The property is not suitable for children, we have a minimum age requirement of 14 years old.
We are unable to accept pets at the property.
All rooms and deck areas are strictly non smoking, a $250 room re-conditioning fee will be charged for violations.
A government hotel tax of 10% will be added to the total of your reservation.
No refunds or compensations will be offered for early departures.
