Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking. Military Discounted rates are available only for active duty or retired military with identification or official government travel orders. See individual rate details for deposit policy. Specials, Healthcare, Military or Government orders or Tax Exempt Forms, may not be applied to discounted rate plans. Acceptable forms of identification for adults over 20 include: driver’s licenses, a US passport, Department of Defense issued identification card, a permanent resident card/Alien Registration Receipt Card (1-551), a foreign passport with a temporary I-551 stamp or visa or an employment authorization document that contains a photograph (Form I-766). All reservations required a $100 incidental hold for any additional or damage charges at the time of check-in on a valid Debit or Credit Card.
Pet Policy: $50 per pet. Only 1 Large pet OR 2 SMALL pets, may be housed in any guest room. All dogs must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas. No dog are allowed in any food & beverage areas, including pool areas. Pet owner must be present while any member of the Hotel staff, such as housekeeping or engineering, is in the room. Room cleaning must be scheduled in advance for a time when the dog is not in the room or the owner is present. You are to keep my dog with you, or with a designated individual at all times, and to not leave him/her unattended in the room. Prevent noise or any other disturbance by my dog, in the interest of other Hotel guests. Guest is responsible to pay any additional cleaning bills or repairs should they be required and require you to authorize the Hotel to charge your credit card for such charges, even if they are discovered following your departure from the Hotel. Should your dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the Hotel by other occupants or personnel of the Hotel, at the request of the Hotel manager, you shall immediately make arrangements to house my dog elsewhere outside the Hotel. Lastly, you shall assume full and complete responsibility for any personal injury/property damage and pet waste caused by the dog, suffered by any guest, employees, property or invitees of the Hotel including the approved veterinarian and its employees. In the event of personal injuries or property damage should arise, the Heights House Hotel is not responsible for my pet and any damages my pet(s) cause and you will accept full responsibility for your pet. Any guest located with unregistered pet(s) will be fined $200 per pet.
