Each of our rooms contains a double bed and a single bed where a third guest can be accommodated upon advance request and at an additional cost to be specified in the reservation.
Within each villa, you will find all the amenities you need, from a private bathroom with hot water, an outdoor shower, TV, fridge, coffee maker, safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, desk... to a beautiful and cozy deck fully equipped and exclusive where you can enjoy reading a good book, engaging in a conversation, or simply sharing moments with those who fill you with energy.
Our team will always be happy to provide you with any information, recommendations, or details you may need about the island, tours, vehicle rentals, massages, surf schools, yoga...
Our facilities include a garden, chill-out area, pool, 24-hour mineral water, and free wifi.
Check-in is from 2 pm, but in the case of early arrival, the team will be available to store your belongings, and the outdoor areas are always ready to be enjoyed.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the advance deposit. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email immediately after canceling your reservation.
Group travel is fun! When booking, please note the maximum occupancy rules: a maximum of two persons for single bed rooms (Queen or King), and three persons with advance notice and the additional specified amount.
SMOKING AND DAMAGE POLICIES:
Smoking is not allowed in our rooms or premises.
ALON CLOUD9 is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items on the premises.

IMPORTANT :When making a reservation, you are booking a category of room (not a specific room). Each room category includes similar-sized and equipped apartments, although the interior design may differ.
Please note that your reservation is not finalized or verified until you receive a confirmation email from ALON CLOUD9.
TO EXTEND YOUR STAY:
After booking your stay with us, you can extend it (depending on availability) by indicating it before arrival. If you are already staying with us and wish to stay longer, please inform us at least 24 hours before the departure date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans, which may include transferring to a similar room if necessary.
PET POLICIES:
Are pets allowed? Absolutely! A maximum of two pets per room is allowed at no additional charge. Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and remain on a leash. Sorry, pets are not allowed inside the room or in the pool areas (as per the health department's instructions). Additionally, pets cannot be left unattended at any time.No cats or venomous creatures are allowed.
MINIMUM AGE POLICIES:
All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm accommodation at ALON CLOUD9. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of arrival to verify the guest's age.

Room cleaning will be provided every 2 days for stays of more than 4 days and every 3 days for stays of 5 days or more. If you need clean towels or sheets, please contact any team member.
