Terms and Conditions

 RESERVATION CHANGES OR CANCELLATION POLICIES. 1. Any change or cancellation to your reservation must be requested at +504 2630-5535 or +504 2630-5561 at least 72 hours before the date of arrival at the Hotel by providing your confirmation number. For reservations made the same day of the stay, no changes or cancellations will apply, so the "No Show" charge will be made, which corresponds to the charge for the amount of one night plus taxes for each room to the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed (hereinafter, the "No Show" charge). 2. Regardless of the nights reserved, if the change or cancellation is not made in the time and manner mentioned above, or if the Guest does not show up on the date of check in, the "No Show" charge will be made. 3. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card in the name of the Guest or deposit for an amount equal to the total amount to be paid for the stay. In the event that said reservation is not guaranteed, the Hotel will not be obliged to respect the reservation. The Hotel will carry out a pre-verification with the bank issuing the credit card 24 hours before the arrival of the guest. If said pre-verification is not approved, the reservation will be considered as Not Guaranteed and the Hotel will not be obliged to respect its stay. 4. The credit card provided when making the reservation will only serve as a guarantee of the reservation, therefore, when registering the Guest's check-in, the Guest must provide the corresponding payment method. In payments by credit or debit card, the cardholder must present their bank card and official photo identification. 5. In the event that the payment is not made at the time of the guest's check-in or that it does not comply with what is established in the previous point, it will be interpreted as a lack of presentation of the guest and will give rise to the charge for "No Show" in the same terms of the following point. 6. For stays of more than one night, if the guest does not show up at the Hotel on the date and time established for the check-in, the "No Show" charge will be applied only for the first night of the reserved room plus taxes to the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed. The rest of the stay will be canceled automatically.
GUARANTEE. We only allow credit cards, bank account deposits and/or coupon as a guarantee for your reservation. In the event that the guarantee is granted by means of cash deposits, it will take effect on the business day following the day on which the deposit is reflected in the Hotel's bank account. In the case of deposits by check, the guarantee will take effect the business day following the day on which the check has actually been cashed and credited to the Hotel's bank account. In the case of offers, discounts or coupons, the Hotel may indicate that it is a "Non-refundable" operation. In that case, the cancellation policies will not apply. The maximum capacity of people will depend on the type of room reserved.
 BOOKING CONDITIONS. The entry time is at 2:00 p.m.; The departure time is at 12:00. If your room is available before 2:00 p.m. we will be happy for immediate check-in, otherwise we will store your luggage and/or give you towels so that you can relax on the beach in the meantime. Late checkout requests have to be confirmed by our reception team and are subject to room availability. Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises. Food and drinks outside the hotel are not allowed, unless you book the Family Cabin or Presidential Suite room. All offers are valid individually for each reservation and cannot be combined. A security deposit by credit card is requested at your entrance to the hotel to cover the entire length of your stay that will be returned or applied to your charge at the time of check-out. The minimum age to register is 18 years. We recommend all our clients to purchase travel insurance in case of cancellation of their air tickets, especially during the hurricane season. LIABILITY POLICY. Only for individual reservations. For group reservations please contact our reservations office. Any delay or cancellation during vacations or events due to illness, medical and hospital expenses will be the responsibility of the traveler. Please see our recommendation for travel insurance to avoid any inconvenience. The hotel is not responsible for any other expenses, evacuation or inconvenience caused by a tropical storm or hurricane or any event beyond our control, including acts of nature (for example, hurricanes, landslides, floods and earthquakes.). In case of calamities of force majeure or national emergencies that do not depend on the hotel, there is no refund, but the payment for the reservation will be applied to a new reservation with the change of dates (maximum one year to use your reservation); there will be no charge for rescheduling. There are no refunds or credits for flight cancellations, due to any circumstance. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings that are left in the room, or for losses suffered in the hotel facilities.
