Check in time is at 15:00 hoursand check out time is at 12:00 hours. Check in before 15:00 hours is strictlysubject to room availability.
Upon reservation, payment by cashor credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the room reservationconfirmation and/or email OR one night’s room charges in lieu thereof. In eventof failure or delay to pay at the time of reservation, the Hotel may releasethe room.
Cash refundable deposit ofRM100 or a valid credit card for verification purpose is required upon check-infor incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax.
In the unlikely event areservation is based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reservesthe right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion andwill contact you directly in order to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of and/or amendments to yourreservation must be made within 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation or amendment made within 3days (72 hours) of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s roomcharge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax).
In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’sroom charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will becharged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.
