Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival are subject to a fee equaling the price of the reservation's first night. COVID-19 related cancellations within the 72 hour window are no longer eligible for a waived cancellation fee. Inclement weather or airline flight cancellations are not eligible for a waived cancellation fee.

Please note that this policy does not apply to graduation weekend reservations. Reservations made for graduation weekend are non-refundable.

CHARGING POLICY
Guests are charged FULL amount at check-in, and a temporary hold for one night's charge will be placed on your payment method the day before check-in. The hold is only to confirm your room. Rooms will be released without a valid credit card. Guests provide valid contact info. If a valid credit card or valid contact info are not provided, you will lose your booking.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, and check-out time is 11 AM Eastern Standard Time. You are welcome to arrive early, store luggage in our office, and explore the area. Speak to us about delayed check-out and leaving luggage on site. We check ID at check-in. If we see you are younger than 18, we will deny your check-in and release your room, and you will still be charged for one night.

PETS

Starting July 25, 2021, we can no longer accommodate pets until further notice. All bookings after this date will not be permitted to bring pets.

CHILD POLICY

All bookings must be made by an adult 18 years of age or older. Guests MUST be 18 years or older, or accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.

GUEST DELIVERY SERVICES

Notice to All Guests and Delivery ServicesFor the safety and comfort of our guests, all outside deliveries must be brought to the front desk. Delivery drivers are not permitted to proceed past the front desk under any circumstances.

FEES

We do not collect a resort fee.
Parking is free for all rooms on a first come first serve basis. Each room may receive one free parking space, contingent upon availability. Parking is tight and we recommend compact cars only.
Wifi is free.
