CHARGING POLICY
Guests are charged FULL amount at check-in, and a temporary hold for one night's charge will be placed on your payment method the day before check-in. The hold is only to confirm your room. Rooms will be released without a valid credit card. Guests provide valid contact info. If a valid credit card or valid contact info are not provided, you will lose your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Check-in time is 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, and check-out time is 11 AM Eastern Standard Time. You are welcome to arrive early, store luggage in our office, and explore the area. Speak to us about delayed check-out and leaving luggage on site. We check ID at check-in. If we see you are younger than 18, we will deny your check-in and release your room, and you will still be charged for one night.
