Property and Cancelation Policies :
This is a Non Cancellable Reservation and the Rate is Non Refundable. We are unable to issue credit for early departure or no show. In the event of cancellation the total amount of the reservation will be due and charged, ifyou have made an advance payment, we will deduct this amount from the amount due.
Terms and Conditions
The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the Cardholder. We are unable to issue credit for early departure or no show. The rate is non refundable. A change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. Rates are based upon double occupancy, each additional overnight guest will be charged an additional fee of $50.00/night. Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. Please Note: There will be a fee of $500.00 for smoking in any area of the non-smoking suite. The credit card holder is responsible for any damaged or missing items, unpaid charges or debts for services incurred during the period of stay. Guest may not assign the Rental Agreement or sublease all or part of the premises without first obtaining South Beach Vacations LLC's written approval and consent to the assignment or sublease. Any unauthorized transfer of interest by the Guest will result in a change to a higher rate in an amount at the discretion of the management. Parties, entertainment events, or photo/film shoot require prior management approval. In the event there is such unauthorized use, a minimum location fee of $5,000 will be assessed.

Non-refundable : You'll be charged the total price if you cancel your booking.Prepayment: You'll be charged a prepayment of 70% of the total price upon booking the reservation and the remaining amount in the 60 days before arrival.Deposit
70 percent of the total amount may be charged upon booking.
100 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 60 days before arrival.
The credit card used to pay for the reservation must be presented upon arrival along with the Cardholder's photo ID. A deposit of $250 will be charged upon arrival and refunded upon check out.
Smoking
There's no smoking allowed in the apartment. There will be a fee of $500.00 for smoking in any area of the non-smoking suite.
