Late check-out (after 11:00 and before 14:30) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
In general, non-refundable reservations and those beyond the designated cancellation period are not eligible for modification or cancellation and refunds are not granted.
No matter the rate, should a change in reservation dates be approved and result in lower rates, no reimbursement will be provided. In the event of higher rates, the guest is obligated to pay the difference.
Normal, refundable rates, can be canceled or modified up to 5 days before check-in time.
Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation and staying at the property, the guest agrees to abide by the rules and regulations outlined in this document.
The guest is also responsible for the actions of any other guests staying in the same reservation, which includes but is not limited to rooms in the reservation, damages to the property, smoking fees or stolen items.
Booking or reservation both refer to the same thing.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is available from 15:00 forward and check-out is until 10:00.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a surcharge and must be requested in advance.
Requests may not always be fulfilled.
Animals & Children:
Animals are strictly prohibited on the property.
Children cannot be left in the room or on the property without a parent or legal guardian.
Responsibility:
The guest is responsible for any damages or stolen items that occur during their stay.
Injuries that occur on the property due to the guest's actions will be the responsibility of the guest.
Rules & Regulations:
Guests are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the property as outlined by the staff.
Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the property without a refund and being banned from future stays.
The property reserves the right to call the police if necessary.
Self check-in support is only available during specified hours and with remote support.
Quiet hours are from 22:00-06:00 and no parties of any kind are allowed.
Tourist tax:
Guests aged 18 and over pay a tourist tax of €3.13 per guest per night.
Guests between the ages of 7 and 18 pay a tourist tax of €1.57 per guest per night.
Guests up to the age of 7 are exempt from paying the tourist tax.
Breakfast:
If the reservation includes breakfast, it is self-service and available from 08:00 to 10:00.
Breakfast price at booking may be lower due to promotion. Price of adding breakfast at a later date is 15€ per person per night.
Credit Card and card charges:
The credit card used at the time of booking or check-in is referred to as the guest credit card.
The property may pre-authorize(Make an authorization hold on the card) or charge the card at any time after the reservation up to the total amount of the reservation including any additional services or products.
If the property was unable to process the card for whatever reason it will first notify the guest and ask for a new credit card.
The property will complete charge on the card after the free cancellation period has ended, in case of non-refundable reservations it will charge the card any time after the reservation has been made.
Failure to supply a new card within the time period supplied by the property will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
The property reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any outstanding balances, damages, or violations of the smoking policy.
A minimum charge of €50 may be applied for damages or persistent stains in the room.
If a hotel room key card is provided at check-in, it must be presented at check-out. In case of loss or undelivered hotel room key card, a charge of up to €25 may be applied to the guest's credit card.
A credit card guarantee is required for the entire stay and a debit card (such as Maestro) does not qualify as a guarantee.
Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation or modification of a reservation must be communicated to the property via email to info@cirman.si.

Smoking:
B&B Cirman is a strict non-smoking property and a fee of€ 200 may be charged to the guest's credit card for any violations of the smoking policy.
Advertising and Services:
B&B Cirman provides advertising space in its app to allow companies to offer their products and services to guests.
The guest maybe charged the full amount for the product or service, and it is the responsibility of the supplier company to ensure its quality and satisfaction.
There may be instances where custom fees apply to the transaction between the guest and the supplier company. In such cases, the guest pays the full amount to the supplier company, which then transfers the appropriate portion as service fees to B&B Cirman.
B&B Cirman does not assume any liability for any defects or issues related to the products or services ordered through the app.
Additionally, B&B Cirman may impose additional fees for supplementary services, such as but not limited to: photocopying, printing, emailing,reservation-making, and ticket purchasing.
