Prepayment:
Your reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and expiry date at the time of reservation. One night deposit will be charged upon booking. The remaining amount of the reservation will be charged within the cancellation periods stated on your rate type. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservations with an invalid credit card.

- The charged credit card must be presented upon arrival.
- Rate includes 2 persons for all One Bedroom Pool villas & One Bedroom Sky villas. Maximum occupancy is for 2 persons
- Rate includes 2 persons for Sawah View Pool villas. Maximum occupancy is for 4 persons with a second bed (charged IDR 900.000 per person per night)
- Rate includes 4 persons for Two Bedroom Pool villas. Maximum occupancy is for 5 persons with additional bed (charged IDR 900.000 per person per night).
- Rate includes 6 persons for Three Bedroom Pool villas. Maximum occupancy is for 9 persons with additional beds (charged IDR 900.000 per person per night
- Children older than 12 years old are required to have an additional bed.
Child Policies:
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to stay in Bambootel. Bambootel has been meticulously designed to provide guests with an unforgettable experience of proximity to nature. Certain aesthetically pleasing villa features, such as hammocks, railings, and pools, are incorporated to enliven the experience.

New Years Eve Dinner: 31 December 2024
Compulsory New Years Eve dinner for 2 persons is not included in the room rate for 31 December 2024. A charge of IDR 1,250,000 per person will be added to the final bill if you decide to book for that period.
