Check-in &Check-out Policies

Check-in:

1. We only accept guests with  valid international passport or interstate driver's license
   
2. Standard Check-in Time: Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Please note that early check-in may be available depending on room availability, but it cannot be guaranteed.
3. Late Arrival: If you anticipate arriving after 8:30 PM, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, pre check-in can be arranged prior your arrival .
4. Valid Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) upon check-in.
5. Check-in Procedure: Upon arrival, guests will be required to complete our check-in form and settle any outstanding payments.
   
   

1. Standard Check-out Time: Our standard check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, but additional charges may apply.
2. Luggage Storage: If you need to store your luggage after check-out, we offer complimentary luggage storage facilities until 6:00 PM on the day of departure. Extended storage may be available for a small fee.
3. Inspection: A member of our staff will inspect the room upon check-out for any damages or missing items. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
4. Late Departures: Guests who check out after the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges equivalent to one night's stay.
