As our hotel has only 12 suites androoms, late cancellation is affecting our business. Therefore,a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to your credit card upon booking. The remaining balance for the whole stay will be paid in cash at the time of check-in.To cancel your booking, please notify the hotel reservations department in writing at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. In such cases, you will be charged the first room night as a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation 72 hours prior to your stay or no-show, you will be charged for your whole stay.
For reservations with discounted and non-refundable rates 100% of the payment is charged upon the confirmation of the booking.

Terms and Conditions
We require valid passport/ID card and contact information from the guest(s) making the reservations, including first and last name, address, phone number, and signature. All guests must be registered.
Beit Zafran is smoke-free hotel. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objection able to our guest sand staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking areas. A US$ 250 surcharge will be applied in case of violation.Additional costs for damages caused may apply. Candles and incense are prohibited.These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds. A US$ 250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
Damage and theft to hotel property
You are liable for any damage caused (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or reckless act to the room(s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Beit Zafran hotel has the right to charge the credit card/cash in such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Beit Zafran Hotel as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.
Damage to room
Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, etc. as well as damage to sheets from for example permanent marker, dyed hair color, fruit colour and things that make unremovable stain will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm to 9.00 am If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact the front desk staff immediately. Televisions, music, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in halls or lobby.
No visitors after 12:00 am. Visitors must notify the front desk upon their arrival. Visits by third parties to the rooms are strictly forbidden except upon approval of the management. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times. The Hotel reserves the right to request any unauthorized person to leave the premises immediately.
Children of all ages are welcomed.Children aged 12 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s). As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised.
A limited number of extra beds / cribs for children are available upon request in certain rooms. Extra charges of US$ 50 per bed apply for children over the age of 7 years.
Lost and Found Policy
Beit Zafran assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item. Eafe boxes are provided for the use of the guests in each room.
Beit Zafran is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, except for perishable items,left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected,logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days.
We will make every effort to honor special requests such as a specific floor or room number, extra beds, etc. upon your arrival. All special requests are noted on reservations, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
