space for you. Our grounds feature a gorgeous view overlooking the famous Kenai
River.

- We will make every effort to honor your room selection. However, we reserve the right to move you to a comparable, different room at any time, for any reason.
- If you are interested in any venues, the VIP Riverview Suite Apartment or the Hydeaway Cottages, please call the office for availability.
- If you require specific accomodations or have special needs, please call our office. A note will be placed on your reservation by a staff person, who will date and initial the honored request. If this is not done, we make no promises or guarantees. Thank you for your understanding.

LODGING POLICIES:
- GUEST REGISTRATION OFFICE: 907-261-9499; Should you require assistance outside of office hours, please call.
- CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: STANDARD CHECK-IN 3:00 PM. - STANDARD CHECK-OUT 11:00 AM.
- EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUTS: Must be pre-arranged and is not guaranteed. Not available June-August.
- QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM-7:00 AM… Unless there is a management-approved event in progress.
- BALANCE DUE: Balances will be collected at time of check-in. Incidentals will be collected at check out. Visa, MC, Discover, Diners Club & American Express are accepted. We do not accept checks.
- ROOM KEYS: Please return room key(s) to the Guest Registration Office or the drop box in front of the Registration/Guest Services office. $25 fee per missing key.
- THE BAYOU RETSTAURANT & BAR: Wed-Sat 4-9p, Sun 11a-6p. Questions? Call1-907-261-9498 or visit The Bayou Facebook page for more info including the menu, to verify hours, and check for closures due to special events.
- SPEED LIMIT: Please keep your speed under 10 mph as you enter the property to protect our staff, guests/children, and wildlife.
- PARKING: Designated parking area is south of Guest Registration only. Vehicles may pull up to/near rooms for loading/unloading only but are not allowed to remain parked in lodging or venue areas at any time.
- ADJOINING ROOMS WITH A KITCHEN SUITE: Please call our office to make these arrangements in advance. Online reservations do not work in these cases and are not guaranteed. An additional fee may apply for the add-on.
- ICE MACHINE: There’s an ice machine in HenHouse, or you may check for small bags of ice in the chest freezer behind the Galley (on the backside of Housekeeping for the Cannery Lodge Riverview rooms.) Ice is for personal use only and not for filling buckets/coolers, etc.
- FIRE PITS: Fire pits are available for guests. Wood is provided. Inform staff before use. Must comply with burn bans. Do not use them if it’s too windy. Be sure the fire is out before leaving unattended.
- ALTERNATIVE BED OPTIONS: We do not supply rollaway beds, cots, hide-a-beds, or cribs.
- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Must be consumed in guest rooms only or designated area once purchased from the Lodge.
- FISH: No cleaning of fish or disposal of fish waste on the property.
- RIVER ACCESS: There is no direct river access from the property. The beach is close by. A short walk from there, and you can access the mouth of the river. The staff would be happy to point you in the right direction. Watch for Belugas!
- RV & BOAT PARKING: Very limited space available. Free for Lodge guests. Day/night use fee otherwise. Please call ahead. Space and availability are not guaranteed. Please park where staff instructs only.
- ATV’s AND BUGGIES: Speed limit it 10 mph. No dust clouds or excessive noise. Stay on roadway. May drive on to property to park and exit only. Must be 16 or older to operate on the property. Must observe quiet hours.
- WE DO NOT HAVE A DOCK OR BOAT LAUNCH: There is a launch at the City Dock located off Bridge Access.
- PETS: No pets allowed, other than service animals with management’s pre-approval only. Violation of this policy will result in a special cleaning fee of no less than $300.00 and will be charged to the card on file. You’ll be required to provide the name of who made the authorization, and it will be verified. (We have specific rooms for this purpose for safety reasons and to better accommodate you.)
- SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY - Smoking in or near any room or building, on decks, stairs, or walkways, is strictly prohibited. Butts must be completely extinguished and put in an outside receptacle or butt tower only located in designated smoking areas. Violation of this policy will result in a special cleaning fee of no less than $500.00 and will be charged to the card on file. An outside service provider may be needed for specialty cleaning and deodorizing.
- PROPERTY OF THE SALAMATOF CANNERY LODGE: Any items belonging to the Lodge that are removed or damaged, accidentally, or intentionally, will be charged to the card on file for replacement value or repair.
