- We will make every effort to honor your room selection. However, we reserve the right to move you to a comparable, different room at any time, for any reason.

- CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:STANDARD CHECK-IN3:00 PM. - STANDARD CHECK-OUT 11:00 AM.
- EARLYCHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUTS: Must be pre-arranged and is notguaranteed. Not available June-August.
- QUIETHOURS: 10:00PM-7:00 AM… Unless there is a management-approved event in progress.
- BALANCE DUE: Balances will be collected at time of check-in.Incidentals will be collected at check out. Visa, MC, Discover, Diners Club& American Express are accepted. We do not accept checks.
- ROOM KEYS: Please return room key(s) to the GuestRegistration Office or the drop box in front of the Registration/Guest Servicesoffice. $25 fee per missing key.
- THE BAYOU RETSTAURANT & BAR: Wed-Sat 4-9p, Sun 9a-6p. Questions? Call1-907-261-9498 or see The Bayou Facebook page for more info including the menu,to verify hours, and check for closures due to special events.
- SPEED LIMIT: Please keep yourspeed under 10 mph as you enter the property to protect our staff,guests/children, and wildlife.
- PARKING: Designatedparking area is south of Guest Registration only. Vehicles may pull up to/nearrooms for loading/unloading only but are not allowed toremain parked in lodging or venue areas at any time.
- ADJOINING ROOMS WITH A KITCHEN SUITE: Please call our office to make thesearrangements in advance. Online reservations do not work in these cases and arenot guaranteed. An additional fee may apply for the add-on.
- ICE MACHINE: There’s an ice machine in HenHouse, or youmay check for small bags of ice in the chest freezer behind the Galley (on the backside of Housekeeping for the Cannery Lodge Riverviewrooms.) Ice is for personal use only and notfor filling buckets/coolers, etc.
- FIRE PITS: Fire pits are availablefor guests. Wood is provided. Inform staff before use. Must comply with burnbans. Do not use them if it’s too windy. Be sure the fire is out before leavingunattended.
- ALTERNATIVE BED OPTIONS: We do not supplyrollaway beds, cots, hide-a-beds, or cribs.
- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Must be consumed in guest rooms only ordesignated area once purchased from the Lodge.
- FISH: No cleaning of fish or disposal of fishwaste on the property.
- RIVER ACCESS: There is no direct river access from theproperty. The beach is close by. A short walk from there, and you can accessthe mouth of the river. The staff would be happy to point you in the rightdirection. Watch for Belugas!
- RV & BOAT PARKING: Very limited space available. Freefor Lodge guests. Day/night use fee otherwise. Please call ahead. Space andavailability are not guaranteed. Please park wherestaff instructs only.
- ATV’s AND BUGGIES: Speed limit it 10 mph. No dust cloudsor excessive noise. Stay on roadway. May drive on to property to park and exitonly. Must be 16 or older to operate on the property. Must observe quiet hours.
- WE DO NOT HAVE A DOCK OR BOAT LAUNCH: There is a launch at the City Docklocated off Bridge Access.
- PETS: No pets allowed, other than serviceanimals with management’s pre-approval only. Violation of thispolicy will result in a special cleaning fee of no less than $300.00 and willbe charged to the card on file. You’ll be required to providethe name of who made the authorization, and it will be verified. (We havespecific rooms for this purpose.)
- SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY - Smoking in or near any room orbuilding, on decks, stairs, or walkways, is strictly prohibited. Butts mustbe completely extinguished and put in an outside receptacle or butt tower only located indesignated smoking areas. Violation of this policy will resultin a special cleaning fee of no less than $500.00 and will be chargedto the card on file. An outside service provider may be needed for specialtycleaning and deodorizing.
- PROPERTY OFTHE SALAMATOF CANNERY LODGE: Anyitems belonging to the Lodge that are removed or damaged, accidentally, orintentionally, will be charged to the card on file for replacement value orrepair.
