*All bookings must be guaranteed with full payment. Payment must be made 3 days after placing the bookings, or the booking shall be placed on waitlist.
15 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Cancellation of guaranteed booking with one (1) night charge per room. Reduction of room or room nights, with a charge of one (1) room per night. Modification of guaranteed booking is allowed without additional charge on non-super peak dates. On super peak dates, modification is allowed with an additional charge of one thousand pesos (P1000.00) rebooking fee.
8 TO 14 DAYS PRIOR ARRIVAL
Cancellation of guaranteed booking shall be charged 100%. Reduction of room rates or room nights shall be charged 100%. Modification of booking is allowed on non-super peak days, with an additional charge of one thousand pesos (P1000.00) rebooking fee, subject to availability, and the rate may change depending on the current rate of the new date requested.
7 DAYS BELOW TO ARRIVAL
Cancellation booking is not allowed or to be charged 100%. Modification and reduction are not allowed to be charged 100%.
NO SHOW
All no-shows shall be charged 100%. Non-refundable and non-bookable.
REBOOKING POLICY
Rebooking of confirmed reservation must be made 72 hours (3 DAYS) prior to arrival date. Confirmation of rebooking will be sent through email.
Failure to rebook 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged P 1,000.
However, rebooking of new dates should only be three(3) months from the original arrival date.
Note: Considerations may apply for rebooking that is made less than the given time frame for purposes such as medical emergencies,
accidents and other unforeseen circumstances but management has the right to ask for any proof/ certification or any pertinent
documents related to the unprecedented events.

Booking Confirmation
1. Booking will show "Confirmation Pending" unless proof of payment was sent through the Facebook Page of Santiago Project by Aluminak.
2. Booking will be "Confirmed" once payment has been successfully made.
3. We have the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made within 24 hours.
For Bank Transfer Payment and PayPal Payment:
1. Please take a screenshot of the confirmation of a successful payment.
2. Send the screenshot to our Facebook Page Santiago Project by Aluminak.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
A corresponding charge for early check-in and late check-out shall be applied.
Early Check-in fee between 4 AM to 12 AM, 25% per hour until the standard check-in time of the room rate will be charged.
Late check-out between 1:00 PM onwards, 25% per hour until the standard check-out time of the room rate will be charged.
Note: Subject to room availability.
CHILD POLICY:
0 to 3 yrs old - Free of charge, no meals
4 to 7 years old - 50% off on extra person (payable upon check-in) with breakfast

DINE AND TOUR RESERVATIONS FOR GUEST'S VISITORS
1. Visitors are only allowed when dining reservations are agreed upon for all individuals in their party.
2. There is a list of the guests upon reservation.
3. Always check the number and name of guests
4. DON’T ALLOW GUESTS TO COME IN WHO ARE UNLISTED.
GUEST
1. Strictly NO SMOKING.
2. Strictly NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS ALLOWED. If the customer requests food or drinks outside, they can request it from us and we will be the one who will buy for them.
3. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, and they will be required to cover the associated costs.
4. Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from the room or for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
5. Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, luggage may not be stored for over 30 days.
6. Bills must be settled on presentation, personal cheques are not accepted.
7. Please present your ID card, Passport or any valid ID upon check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records.
8. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the property premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the property forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest's luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
At Santiago Project by Aluminak, we value the safety and convenience of all our guests. During your stay, you and your pet are allowed to experience enriching moments. While you are here in Aluminak, please be informed of the following:
1. Only dogs or cats are allowed as pets on the property. No other animals may be kept on the property.
2. A maximum of two pets are permitted per room.
3. Pets shall have a maximum height of 60 centimeters (2 ft). Cats shallbe limited to domestic or house cats.·
4. Pets are allowed only outside the room with their own cage.
5. Pet owners should provide the following:
a. Vaccination record
b. Pet's leash
c. Disposable bags
d. Pee pad
e. Diapers
f. If your cat is staying with you, you'll need to bring your litterbox.
g. Guest should bring their own Pet Cage.
6. Keep your pet leashed at all times as you head out of your room and must be accompanied by their owners in public places at all times.
7. All pet vaccinations especially anti-rabies must be current and valid. The pet/s’ vaccination certificate must be presented to the Front Desk upon check-in.
8. Pets should not have been sick in the last seventy-two (72) hours. A medical clearance from a certified vet may be required upon check-in.
9. All pets must be clean, well-groomed, and completely free of fleas and ticks. Pets must wear diapers at all times, especially in public areas.
10. Pets are not allowed to be bathed in public comfort rooms or bathrooms inside the rooms.
11. Pets are allowed to stay in the garden or lawn, if available, provided that their waste will be cleaned and disposed of by their owners in secured disposable bags. At all times, the guest shall maintain and keep the property in a good and sanitary condition.
12. The guest agrees not to leave any pet unattended. Cats or dogs left unattended, for a period of more than forty-eight (48) hours, shall be considered abandoned and shall be reported to the proper authorities. The registered guest shall indemnify Management for any costs, losses, or damages which may result from such action being taken.
13. All equipment required for the upkeep, and feeding of pets are to be provided by the guest. Under no circumstances shall any equipment within the property be used for animal use, this includes the use of available towels, and linen for your pets. Any use of linen for their pets is to incur corresponding charges. Stained linen will be charged twice the regular laundry rate while permanently stained linens will be charged with a corresponding replacement fee.
14. Pet owners will be required to promptly address any complaints made by fellow guests regarding noise or any other such disturbance that may be caused by the pet/s. If any pet becomes overly disruptive or in any way aggressive towards other guests or employees, the pet must be removed from the property. If any pet is considered dangerous by the Management, it shall immediately be removed from the property by the guest.
15. During any housekeeping service the guest is requested to remove their pet from the room. The guest may call the Housekeeping Department to arrange a convenient time to service the room.
16. The guest shall give a security deposit, equivalent to Two thousand pesos (Php 2,000.00) per room upon check-in. The security deposit will cover any damages incurred which may include but are not limited to, stained bedding, stained carpet, stained linen, scratches on the furniture, scratches on the floor, infestation, extra cleaning that may be required, and/or lost revenue charges while the unit is out of service due to cleaning and repairs. The room/s will be inspected upon checkout. After confirmation and clearance that no damage was found in the room and no extra cleaning efforts were required, the security deposit shall be returned.
17. The guest shall pay the disinfection cleaning fee upon check-in. The fee is non-refundable. Rate per night (per pet): One thousand pesos (PHP 1,000).
18. Any damage caused by the pet(s) shall be charged to the registered guest and must be paid immediately upon the presentation of an invoice.
19. The Management and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injuries, or illness of any pet for any reason whatsoever.
20. The guest shall strictly comply with the Pet Policy Agreement and other rules and regulations which may be issued by Aluminak. The Management serves the right to require room changes, removal of pet/s from the property, refuse or discontinue service without refund if, in the property’s sole discretion, the pet is considered dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten, harm, disrupt guests, has damaged property, or for failure to abide by these policies.
21. The guest accepts full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees, for personal injury or property damage that may be caused by or attributed to their pet/s. The guest agrees to make any reimbursement for such damages on demand. Here are the amenities lists and prices:
