* หลังจากที่คุณลูกค้าได้ทำการจองสำรองห้องพักกับทางโรงแรมเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว หากคุณลูกค้ามิได้ทำการโอนชำระเงินค่าที่พักเต็มจำนวน และ ส่งแนบไฟล์สลิปรูปภาพในอีเมลล์ bblueriverresort@gmail.com หรือ line: @blueriver ภายใน 3 ชั่วโมง หลังจากการทำการจอง ทางระบบของทางโรงแรมจะทำการยกเลิกการจองสำรองห้องพักของคุณลูกค้าโดยอัตโนมัติ

* After the customer has already made a reservation with the hotel  If the customer does not transfer the payment for the accommodation in full and send a picture slip attachment in the email  bblueriverresort@gmail.com or Line: @blueriver within 3 hours after booking.  The system of the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation.

* ลูกค้าไม่สามารถยกเลิกการจองได้ แต่สามารถเลื่อนวันเข้าพักได้ 2 ครั้ง ภายใน 3 เดือน และลูกค้าต้องทำการแจ้งเลื่อนก่อนวันเข้าพัก 7 วัน

* The guest cannot cancel the reservation. But can change the date of stay 2 times within 3 months and the customer must notify us for 7 days before the date of arrival.
*ทางรีสอร์ทไม่อนุญาติให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้ามา หากพอเจอมีค่าปรับ 2000 บาท
* Our resort not allow pet in this area, If we find we will charge you 2000 baht
*หากซื้ออาหารเช้าเพิ่มผู้ใหญ่ 300 บาท
