Everyone loves our "no wifi at Cotopaxi" policy - enjoy the break! There is limited internet access available if you need it - but not for chatting on facebook or researching your next holiday destination etc.
All prices are inclusive of Ecuadorian tax and include all meals commencing with lunch on the first day. Guests are also welcome to use our facilities and stay for lunch on the day of checkout.
Full payment is required at checkout, this will include accommodation and any additional charges including drinks and tours/activities. Unfortunately we do not have credit cards facilities, all payments are cash only. Our shuttles/drivers can stop at cash machines/atms on the way - just ask them.
Please remember that we are a small business and our reception is open during business hours only (although staff are available 24 hrs for any emergency).
Our hostel is surrounded by Private Property. Guests are only permitted on our neighbours' land when accompanied by SGC staff. Please respect our neighbours.
We have numerous uphill uneven paths surrounding the hostel. Children must be supervised at all times, and sorry, but we do not allow pets.
Our activities involve 'adventure.' There is no insurance for our type of business in Ecuador therefore we cannot take any responsibility for any type of accident or loss of any kind. All guests must ensure they have suitable travel insurance before arriving at The Secret Garden Cotopaxi. All of activities require moderate fitness level, please be aware of this before signing up.
