Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations or amendments must be made by written notification only and will not be accepted by telephone call. The conditions are:
- Up to 91 days before arrival: no charge.
- From 90 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay will be charged.
Terms and Conditions
A minimum requirement of 3 nights stay is required for bookings at the camp.
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy per room.
- Maximum number of guests allowed is 2 adults + 1 child (from 10 years old) or adult in an extra bed.- Cost of extra bed is USD 750 net per night, all-inclusive.
- Children below 10 years old are not allowed for security reasons.
3. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT CHARGES
- Between 08:00 and 14:00 – charged at 50% of contract rate.
- Before 08:00 – charged at 100% of contract nightly rate. Check-out time is 12:00 (12noon). Guaranteed exceptions as follows:
- Between 12:00 midday and 18:00 – charged at 50% of contract rate.After 18:00 – charged at 100% of contract rate.
- Full amount must be paid within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice and payment can be made by cash, credit card or telegraphic transfer bank settlement only (no cheque). All bank charges involved (including intermediary bank charges) are at the expense of the agent. If payment is not received by the due date as stated on the invoice, the credit arrangement will be revoked and all future bookings will be accepted on pre-payment basis only.
