Terms and Conditions
We love pets! Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the property and in select cabins. There is a $25.00 fee for each pet per night. A $100 fee will be charged for any accidents and/or damages caused by the pet(s).
Housekeeping hours are from 9 AM-5:30 PM daily. To protect the safety of our guests and staff, room refreshes have been halted due to Covid-19. If you would like your room refreshed, please call the front desk for fresh towels, coffee, or your trash to be taken out.
Late Check-Out:
Check-out ends at 11 AM. If you need a later check-out, please contact the front desk before 11 AM, and a 30-minute grace period will be granted. If the front desk is not notified, you will be charged $25/hour.
All of our cabins are non-smoking. We do not permit the use of camping stoves, rice cookers, or any other device used for cooking or heating food in our cabins. Fire pits are not allowed between 10 PM - 6 AM or anytime a fire ban is in place.
Lost Keys:
Please leave your keys in your cabin for express check-out, or return them to the front desk before departing. A $10 fee will be charged for lost keys.
Arrival by Train:
If you are arriving by train, you must request a train pick-up by calling or emailing the front desk. Please inform us of the number of guests arriving in your party as well as the direction you will be coming from (Anchorage or Fairbanks).
Parking:
Complimentary parking is available to our guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please be aware that space is limited so we ask that RVs park near the sign at the base of the mountain and request a shuttle to the resort.
Complimentary Shuttle Service:
Our on-site restaurant, the Overlook, offers contemporary American fare, fusing Alaskan flavors with multicultural influences. Please call for updated seasonal hours of operation.
Prospector's Pizzeria is open seasonally and located within walking distance from the cabins.
Located in Healy, the 49th State Brewing Company, is a convenient, 10 minute scenic drive from the cabins.
