We love pets! Well-behaved dogs are welcome on property and in the cabins. There is a $25.00 fee for each pet, per night. A $100 fee will be charged for any accidents and/or damages caused by the pet(s). We apologize, but cats are not allowed at this time.
Please return all keys to the front desk upon check out. A $10 fee will be charged for lost keys.
Housekeeping hours are from 8 AM-6 PM daily. Room refreshes occur before 3 PM. Please be aware that if your room is marked 'Do Not Disturb' during this time, you will not receive service that day.
All of our cabins are non-smoking. We do not permit the use of camping stoves, rice cookers, or any other device used for cooking or heating food in our cabins.
Parking:
Complimentary parking is available to our guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please be aware that space is limited so we ask that RVs park near the sign at the base of the mountain and request a shuttle to the resort.

Our on-site restaurant, the Overlook, offers farm-to-table and port-to-plate Alaskan fare. Open from 5 PM-10 PM everyday, mid June-early September.
Prospector's Pizzeria and Moose-AKas are open seasonally and located within walking distance from the resort.
Located in Healy, the 49th State Brewing Company and Rose's Cafe are a convenient, 10 minute scenic drive from the hotel.
Also located in Healy, Three Bears offers a large selection of groceries and everything you need for a gorgeous picnic in the park.
