The guest can cancel free of charge until 72 hours before check-in. Once the reservation enters the 72hrs before check-in, the entire reservation becomes completely non-refundable. No-shows or changed reservations will have their credit card charged for the full amount of the reservation on the date of check-in or cancellation.
Strict Cancellation (14-day grace period)
Reservations made within holiday dates come with a strict cancellation policy. This means that the reservations can NOT be canceled or modified within 14 days of the check-in. Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will not be charged. Cancellations or modifications made within the 14 periods before check-in will be charged for the full amount of their stay on the date of check-in or cancellation.

Reservations over $2,000 or 30% of total hotel occupancy
Reservations that are over $1,000 or that take 30% or more hotel occupancy are subject to more strict cancellation policies. Cancellations of this size require a 30% non-refundable deposit and must be paid in full 90 days before check-in. Reservations become non-refundable 90 days before check in.
