This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.
Property and Cancellation Policies :
We understand that at times you have no choice in cancelling a reservation at short notice.
We require a minimum 14 days notice to entitle you to a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations of less than 14 days will receive a full refund subject to a replacement booking being found.
If no replacement booking is found then we will hold your deposit in trust, to be used by you for a future reservation.
We think this is fair, as no-one likes to lose their deposit, and we hope you think so to.
Terms and Conditions
Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit of 50% is paid. Your balnce is due 14 days prior to your arrival.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we note the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on your reservation application. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate doesn't allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning,garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.30 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for our next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.Sorry no pets.
Any variation to your check in/out time must be confirmed in writing.
Please advise if you require a cot or high chair, and this will be supplied free of charge.
