1. Arrival and Departure

• The Resort's front desk is available from 7:00AM until 4:00PM.
• Regular check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
• Early check-in and check-out will depend on the availability of the rooms at the time of arrival or departure.
• Should the guest avail of early check-in, late check-out, notice must be given to the front desk a day before.
• A corresponding surcharge of P300/hour shall be collected for early check-ins and late check-outs which in no case shall exceed within 3 hours.
• Travel restrictions due to, but not limited to COVID-19, government-imposed lockdowns, and raised storm signals, are imposedon the guests' date of arrival , not the date when booking was confirmed.
• A valid passport for foreigners, and a valid government issued ID for local residents should be presented upon check-in.
• A reservation shall be denied without refund for any refusal or inability to present valid identification.
• Land transfer is available upon the request of the guests, subject to additional charges to be paid directly to the third party.

• Maximum capacity per room is strictly followed.
• Person in excess of the maximum room capacity must, subject to availability, book another room. Otherwise, surcharges willbe charged accordingly.
• Each room allows a maximum of one (1) extra guest, including children.
• A corresponding surcharge will be collected by the Resort from the exceeding guest.
• Hotel keys must be deposited at the front desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out.
• The Resort charges P1,000.00 for lost keys.• Guest may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the hotel rooms without the consent of the hotel management.
• If any malfunction is discovered during your stay please report this to the reception and we will repair this as soon as possible.

• Upon arrival, guests must declare whatever valuable possessions they may bring inside the Resort.
• Guests may place their valuables inside the vaults provided in every room OR vaults located at the front desk.

A. General Terms

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property. If a guest is found to be smoking in their room, a fee will be applied based on the number of days that our housekeeping team will need to spend cleaning the room. The fee will be equal to the regular room rate for each day that the room is not available for use. If a guest is found to be smoking within the vicinity of the resort but not in their room, a fee of PHP15,000.00 will be applied.
• As we are surrounded with greeneries and the sea, please expect insects and mosquitoes as part of the surroundings.
• Lights in the common area will be dimmed by 9PM but guests may continue to stay. Expect less available service personnel bythen.
• All guests staying in the resort are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disruptthe enjoyment of other guests.
• WiFi is provided for checked-in guests free of charge. The resort cannot guarantee the stability of the internet connection.
• Pets are not allowed at the moment. The Resort has yet to put up sufficient facilities that will allow us to accommodate pets.
• Guest may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management.
• The carrying and using of firearms, explosives, hazardous or toxic substances, and other illegal items/substances is not allowed in the entire Resort.
• Follow standard health & safety protocols particularly in common areas.
• Unruly guests and those who refuse to comply with any of the provisions in this document may be ejected from the Resort without a refund.
• Damage done to Resort property or injury to its staff due to the fault or negligence of its guests shall be paid for by the latter.

B. Beach
• Swimming at the beach is not allowed during heavy rainstorms and thunderstorms. All guest must evacuate the beach duringthese times.
• Swimming at the beach is also not allowed during high waves.
• For public health reasons, standard diapers cannot be worn in the beach.

C. Parking
• Each room is entitled to one (1) free parking slots in the designated parking area of the Resort.

D. Restaurant
• The Resort has an in-house food service that serves meals, snacks, and drinks.
• Corresponding corkage fees shall be collected for food not bought from the Resort.• A list of corkage fees will be sent as per request.
• Strictly no cooking allowed.

E. Swimming Pool
• The Pool area is open daily from 7am to 9pm.
• Taking a shower before entering the pool is mandatory.
• No Glassware is permitted in the pool area.• Food and drinks are not permitted on the pool decks.
• During emergencies, swimmer must leave the pool area immediately and follow the instructions of Management.
• Proper swimming attire is required to use the pool.
• The following articles of clothing are not allowed for pool use :

a) Clothes made of 100% cotton
b) Street clothes: Wearing jeans, dresses, or other non-swimwear clothing is not allowed in pool
c) Underwear
d) Shoes
e) Torn or heavily soiled clothing

• Diving is strictly prohibited.
• Persons under the heavy influence of alcohol or other substances are not allowed to use the pool nor be allowed to stay in the surrounding area. Should said persons insist, the companions of said persons guarantee their safety. If said person does not have a companion, the Resort cannot guarantee his/her safety.
• Spitting, spouting of water, blowing nose in the pool are prohibited.
• No running in and around the pool facility.
• No parties and loud speakers. Guests are expected to be considerate and mindful of others guests and neighboring properties.
• Parties are only allowed for entire property bookings, subject to separate terms and conditions.
• Bringing in of karaoke and sound systems are not allowed. Speakers are installed with smart TV at the dining area where soft music can be played during service hours.
• Children four (4) feet and below must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.
• Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) use the pool at their own risk.

F. WiFi
• The Resort shall provide checked-in guests Wifi, free of charge.
• The Resort cannot guarantee the stability of the internet connection.

• Day visitors shall be allowed, subject to corresponding fees.
• Day visitors are subject to the same terms and conditions as checked-in guests, but have restricted access to rooms.

• The Resort shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred by its guests due to their fault or negligence.
