Reservation Policy  Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card after we have confirmed your reservation.The property has the right to cancel your reservation.  We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.  Check-in / Check Out 

• Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. 
• Check-out time: 12:00 p.m 

Reservations should be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or pre-paid debit cards. Upon check-in, a charge will be made on your credit card, or debit card for the total amount of the room and tax as well as an additional pre-authorization hold on a credit card, just to make sure it’s still valid. The charge will be returned to your card, dependent upon your bank’s policy, in 3-10 business days.  Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment.

Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 14 days of arrival

No Charge - If canceled within 30 days of arrival

 

 Smoking Policy

Breathe easy. This  is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $250 room cleaning fee.

The Standard Booking price includes the following:

• All taxes
• Utilities (water, gas and electricity)
• Internet 
• Towels and bed linen 
• Cleaning before and after your stay (daily cleaning is available upon request for extra charge of $50)
• All apartment amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence.

  Extending Your Stay  ·       After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive. 

If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans. Children Policy·       Two children under 10 years old stays free of charge if only utilizing one bedroom.  Additional charges apply for use of second bedroom.  Pet Policy ·       Are we pet friendly? You bet! A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. No charge. Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. (This property has off street covered parking and a small gravel driveway.  Please take care of your pet waste responsibly. ·       While there is absolutely no pet fee, there is a $50 deposit required in the form of a credit card pre-authorization. Should your furry friend shed a great amount or have a potty accident in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the amount of $50.. Should your pet cause property or item damage, an incidental fee will be charged at market value to your credit card on file. Any funds remaining from the pre-authorized amount will be released after check-out and, dependent upon your bank’s policy, will reflect on your account within 10 business days. No cats or venomous creatures. ·       Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time.  Room Policy We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.   Kitchenette Room Policy This property is equipped with a small kitchenette that includes a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave oven and a small refrigerator. It is not practical to prepare large meals.   Please practice safe cooking habits. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Please dispose of all food waste in the trash can.  DO NOT PUT FOOD WASTE IN THE SINK. The sink is NOT equipped with a disposal.   Clogging the sink, lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $200.  Parking Policy Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of your room (or super close). In addition, off-street covered parking is provided at the rear of the property.   By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The property does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.  Minimum Age Policy All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations.
