We have a 3 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge of 50%.
NO SHOWS: Please make an effort to let us know if you're unable to make it. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge
Terms and Conditions
If you're booking through our website or Booking.com, please note that you are required to add your bank card details when making a booking to secure it. This however does not mean that the transaction is processed. Payment will be made upon arrival at the hostel. Feel free to contact your bank for any approval.
If you're making a booking on Hostelworld, you are required to make a small deposit and the remaining balance is paid upon your arrival.
