The deposit is non-refundable for reservations canceled 14 days or less prior to arrival.
If guests do not cancel by 1 PM on the first day of their reservation, the guest is responsible for paying for the entire reserved stay.

We use a contactless check-in system and you will receive your Room Number and unique Door Code by email within 24 hours of check in. A valid credit card must be used when making a reservation and for check-in and guests authorize Lone Eagle Lodge to charge this card in the case of any damages or policy violations. There are no refunds for early check-outs. We do not accept cash or personal or business checks for payment.
Pets are NOT allowed in our rooms nor to be kept in vehicles on our property. Only service animals that meet the ADA criteria would be allowed and you must notify us of an ADA compliant service animal upon making your reservation. A minimum $250 fine will be assessed if this policy is violated.
We do not allow smoking in any guest rooms or indoor spaces, please use our outdoor designated smoking area. A minimum $250 fine will be assessed if this policy is violated.
Please note that a detailed inspection of the room is made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages, smoking, or breakages found.
We offer (1) onsite parking space per room that can accommodate a passenger vehicle, car, or truck.
Grand Lake is a small mountain community, and services such as internet, TV, and electricity may experience infrequent, but possible, intermittent outages or disruptions. No refunds will be issued if these outages occur during your stay as this falls outside the control of management.
For the peace and enjoyment of all guests, we ask that all guests maintain quiet hours from 10 PM - 6 AM.
