Self Check-In: Our rooms feature smartlocks that allow you to skip the front desk. You will be sent check-in instructions on the day of your arrival.
Deposit: Your first night's deposit, plus applicable taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance of your reservation is due upon arrival.
Non-Smoking: All of our rooms, as well as our restaurants and common areas, are non-smoking. Smoking in your room will result in a $100 damage fee.
BBQ Grilling: BBQ grilling and cooking are not permitted on hotel property.
Room # Requests: We are unable to 100% guarantee specific room numbers, but they may be requested and we will do our best to accommodate.
Damage Policy: Guests are liable for any significant damages, or excessive dirtiness, sustained to the room during their stay. A fee of $50 will be applied for excessive dirtiness.
Pet Policy: Pets are only permitted with manager approval (seasonal Summer/Fall). If approved, the pet fee is $25 per night (plus tax). There will be a $50 cleaning charge assessed if a pet is found in a non-pet friendly room without management approval. Pets may not be left in a room unattended.
Cots and Cribs: May be available upon request for an additional fee of $10 per night, plus tax.
