AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR, either physical or verbal, which causes other guests or employees to feel threatened, will result in the summoning of the police to remove the aggressive person(s), and no refund will be made. There may also be legal consequences to such behavior.
OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR, including ungoverned children and barking dogs, that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated. You will receive one warning, and thereafter, be asked to leave with no refund.
Pets are not allowed to be in room(s) without any human supervision.
I AGREE to pay for any damages I, my guests, or my pets, cause to the contents of the room(s) I rent.
I AGREE to pay for any motel property found missing from my room when I or my guest(s) depart.
I AGREE to pay a $100 fine if any of my party smokes anything inside The Sunset Inn building.
I AGREE to notify the property if I have a pet in my room, and to pay the $25 cleaning fee per stay.
