The property is a non party house it is only suitable for small gatherings of family and friends.
Your deposit is non refundable unless a replacement booking is found. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival, due to the small nature of our business if you cancel within the six weeks the full payment is forfeited unless a replacement booking is found. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover costs.
No events can be held with out prior approval from the owners.
Parking is private but you park at your own risk the owners take no responsibility for cars parked on the property.
If there are children on the property it is your responsibility to supervise at all times.
