Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 4:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
No cancellation allowed 72 hours before the arrival date. Guests should notify the resort for late check-in time. If we do not hear from the guest by 7:00 pm, we will consider this as No Show and your rooms will be released. Cancellation and/or No-Show shall result in forfeiture of the reservation fee or first day rate for bookings longer than 1 day, whichever applies. Refunds for allowed cancellation shall be subject to penalty charge of P500.00, and the net refundable amount shall be processed within 4 - 6 weeks from the originally intended arrival date

Check-in time is 3:00pm; Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out time is strictly subject to availability of rooms and charges may apply.
Early check-in time:
Before 8:00am – 100% of the published room rate
Between 8:00am to 12noon –30% of the published rate
Between 1:00pm to 4:00pm – 30%of the published rate
After 4:00pm – 100% of the published room rate
Cancellation/No-Show/Refund Policy. No cancellation allowed 72 hours before the arrival date. Cancellation and/or no-show shall result in forfeiture of the guarantee fee or first day rate for bookings longer than 1 day, whichever applies. Refunds for allowed cancellation shall be subject to penalty charge of P500.00,and the net refundable amount shall be processed within 4 - 6 weeks from the originally intended arrival date. All rooms are guaranteed on the day of the arrival. In the case of a No-Show, your room(s) will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Cancellation/No-Show Policy specified at the time you made reservation as well as noted in the Confirmation Email. Please inform the resort for late check-in. If we do not hear from you by 7:00 pm, we will consider this as No-Show and your rooms will be released.
Price. The total price for the reservation does not include other items such as laundry, mini-bar, etc. The resort will bill you directly.
Senior Citizen Discount/ PWD. Only 1 senior citizen discount may be applied per room and the senior citizen must be occupant of such room. No discount can be applied for those rooms with promo rates.
Mode of Payment. Our resort does not yet have a facility for credit card payment. We only accept cash payments, G-cash payments and bank transfers.
Cash Incidental Deposit. A cash incidental deposit of P1,000.00 per room is strictly required upon check-in and refundable upon checkout after room inspection.
Maximum capacity. Please note the maximum room capacity. Sneak-ins are strictly prohibited and chargeable with a penalty at least P3,000 per head. The resort reserves the right to refuse guests or ask the guests to leave if the capacity set is not followed, notwithstanding payment of reservation fee, and the reservation fee or first day rate whichever is applicable, shall be forfeited in favor of the resort.
Pets not allowed. For the comfort of other guests, please note that pets are strictly NOT ALLOWED to be brought in the rooms for stay-in guests. We encourage you to plan your trip ahead without your pets to avoid any misunderstanding or inconvenience. The resort reserves the right to refuse guests or ask the guests to leave if the same is not followed, notwithstanding payment of reservation fee, and the reservation fee or first day rate whichever is applicable, shall be forfeited in favor of the resort. Sneaking-in or violation of this pet policy shall be chargeable with P4,000.00 penalty. On the other hand, for restaurant customers or day tour visitors, pets are allowed to roam in the outdoor premises subject to our pet policy posted outdoors.
Lead Guest ID. At check-in, you must present a valid photo ID with your address confirming the same name as the lead guest on the booking.
Travelling with minors. We reserve the right to request for presentation of proof of relationship when travelling with minors. Kindly watch over your children or minor companion at all times. The resort will not be liable for untoward incident where left unattended.
Accessibility or Special Needs. Kindly contact the resort for any special needs or special requirements before making any reservation. All special requests are subject to availability upon arrival.
Personal Data. To protect your personal data and personal information, never disclose your personal data and payment information or transfer funds to any person calling you from unofficial communication channels. If you have received such communications, please report to the resort.
Other House Rules:
- Breakfast is served at 8:00am-11:00am unless earlier requested. Kindly inform the Front Office for any special request. Each room comes with complimentary ala carte breakfast for two. Other guests may purchase additional meals in the restaurant.
- This is strictly a non-smoking room. A cleaning room fee of P2,000.00 will be charged for smoking inside the room. You may smoke in the designated areas in the resort.
- Lost key cards shall be charged P1,000.00 for each card and P1,500.00 for metal key.
- Bringing of cooked foods/viands and drinks for consumption inside is strictly prohibited and will be subject to applicable corkage fee. Cooking your own food is not allowed inside the resort.
- Damage to rooms, mattresses, linens, remote control, etc., and loss of room items will result in a charge for the cleaning, special repair, replacement of damage or lost item at 12% cost of the item.
- No loud disturbances, noise or nuisance are allowed after 10:00pm.
- Kindly take part in conserving electricity and water.
- Please take care of your valuables. You may declare and request the front office to keep your valuable items for you. The resort will not be liable for the loss of items not due to the fault of the resort and its staff. If you discover you have left something of value behind, please contact us immediately.
- Swimming pool is open between 7:00am to 9:00pm from Monday – Thursday, and between 7:00am to 10:00pm from Friday – Sunday.
- Access to the rooftop is only allowed for 10 minutes for viewing and picture taking purposes .Please take care when on the rooftop. The resort will not be liable for any accident or undue incident.
- No pets allowed inside the rooms. Please be guided by our pet rules posted in the hotel premises.
- Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing firearms and other weapons inside the hotel premises, including the rooms, regardless if covered with applicable license or permit to carry. The hotel shall refuse entry to guests or shall ask the guests to leave, and the hotel shall be given the right to cancel the booking with forfeiture of payment. Violations will be subjected to penalty of P10,000.00.
