Our Management requests your cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between our guests and The Angler's Inn motel. Doing so ensures that your stay is an enjoyable experience that you’ll want to have time after time.

A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO CHECK IN.Rates quotes are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, daily price is subject to change. Please refer to our cancellation policy regarding any possible refund due.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Reservation rates and fees are estimated based on current taxes (Tax 6.5% & Grove Tourism Fee 5% per room, per day) and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay.
Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
- A valid Credit Card is required to be kept on file for this reservation. Free cancellation 24 hours before check in date and time. Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for one night’s stay.
- A hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
- Please vacate the room prior to the 11 AM check out time. Access to the room will be denied after 11:00am and you will be unable to retrieve your belongings until contact is made with a staff member and Lock Out fee is paid in full.
- Upon the expiration of a reservation, the Management shall have the right to remove a guest and his/her belongings from the room so occupied, if the guest fails to vacate upon checkout.
- If you would like to extend your reservation, we ask that you make that arrangement online and prior to the scheduled check out time. Extensions are granted upon availability.
- Lobby is available 24 hrs. Please take care when using equipment as guests will be held liable for any damage they cause. The lobby and property exterior are under video surveillance.
- We do not allow pets. Any pets found to be in the guests’ room will result in a $250 fine.
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the motel rooms, lobby or around any high traffic areas, i.e., entrances, exits. Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on hotel premises will incur a USD $250 fine per occurrence, except for smoking in designated areas.
2. Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is always properly secure. The Angler's Inn Management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms or common areas.
3. Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of the hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.
4. It is agreed that the guests and any of their visitors will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
The Management reserves the right to add to, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules which are a part and an abstract of the lodging act.
