• The full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking made.
- If the cancellation made before 5 days prior to check in day by 3:59 PM EST will be fully refunded.
- If the cancellation made less than 5 days, or after 4:00PM EST on the 5th day prior to check in will be charged 1 night plus tax. Rest of amount would be refunded to original payment method.
- If the cancellation(including no-shoe) made after 4:00 PM EST on the check in day will not be offered any refund.
