Our place is usually breezy all year, quiet and serene, away from the busy streets of Tagaytay; perfect for relaxation and staycation. You can bring your bikes and skateboards and play around our wide roads. We have a total of 20 rooms.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
The pre-payment is non-refundable. However, the deposit may be used to rebook to a future date, subject to availability. Rebooking and/or change of date and/or room is only allowed when done at least 14 days prior to check-in date. No rebooking is allowed on holidays and during peak season. “Shortened stays” or “no shows” will be considered a cancellation, no refunds will be issued, and rebooking will not be allowed.
Terms and Conditions

When you book accommodations or services atLucia’s Bed and Breakfast Resort, you agree to the following terms andconditions. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making abooking. 

The person making the reservation will be deemedto have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons in his/hergroup who will be staying at Lucia’s Bed and Breakfast Resort. 

The terms and conditions herein stated should notbe construed to be complete and exclusive. 

I. Definitions

a)    “Resort” means Lucia’s Bed and Breakfast Resort.
b)    “Client” means the person who has the legalcapacity to enter into a contract of accommodation or services with the Resort.Client shall also mean any person making a booking on behalf of any group theyrepresent whether that is, without limitation, a tour operator or agency, agovernment agency, company, club, society or a group of individuals with noformal affiliation. Client may be the same person as the Guest.
c)    “Booking” means any reservation made by Clientwith the Resort.
d)    “Contract” means the contractual relationshipbetween Client as governed by the booking confirmation and these Terms andConditions (T&Cs).
e)    “Property” means the premises for which yourbooking is made. 

II. Booking Contract
Uponcompletion of the booking process, a confirmation statement which will serve asthe contract between the Resort and Client will be sent to the Client’sdesignated electronic mail (email). The booking contract shall only be validupon our receipt of pre-payment. By completing a booking, you agree to these termsand conditions and permits us to contact you by email and telephone for any bookingrelated matters. 

III. Payments
To confirmyour reservation, a pre-payment of 50% of the total published amount must be processedthrough our Paypal link (debit and credit cards accepted) available through ourwebsite. Balance is payable at the Reception upon check-in. Any outstandingfees must be paid to the Reception upon check-out. Please note that only cashor online bank transfer to the following banks is accepted at the Reception atthe moment.

IV. Check-in and Check-out
In theinterests of security and fraud prevention, at the time of check-in, guests maybe required to confirm their identity by providing their booking confirmationtogether with a valid government-issued identification card or passport. Standardcheck-in time and check-out time for all room accommodations is 3:00 PM and 12:00PM, respectively. Meanwhile, camping guests may check-in between 10:00 AM to6:00 PM and check-out 24 hours after check-in time. Guests must inform the Resortif their estimated time of arrival is beyond 7:00 PM. Early check-in and latecheck-out cannot be guaranteed, subject to availability, and subject to thefollowing additional fees:
- Casitas, Casa Grande, Forest, Family, and PoolCabin: PhP 1,000.00 per hour
- Pool Villa: PhP 1,500.00 per hour
- Camping: PhP 800.00 per hour   

V. 
Security Deposit

A securitydeposit of PhP 2,000.00 per room will be collected upon check-in and will be refundedat check-out. The Resort reserves the right to withhold the guest’s deposit forany damage incurred during their stay, and the guest hereby authorizes theResort to make this charge when necessary. 

VI. 
Children and Minors

All childrensix (6) years old and above are considered paying guest. Children ages five (5)years old and below can stay for free, if using existing beds. Extra beds areavailable with an additional fee. Guests under eighteen (18) years must beaccompanied by an adult. Children under the age of twelve (12) must besupervised by a grown-up guest at all times.  

VII. 
Extra Person/Bed

Extra personand/or extra bed fee is PhP 1,200.00 per head per night, inclusive of freebreakfast. These are limited and subject to availability. Please check andreserve at the time of booking. 

VIII. 
Visitors

Visitors ofstay-in guests shall be charged PhP 800.00 per head to access Resort amenities.Visitors are allowed from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only. 

IX. 
Resort Etiquette

a)    Privacy and Security - The Resort gates are closedfor all visitors, including guests’ visitors, between 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM everyday. Any checked-in guest who would want to stay out of the Resort at theafore-mentioned period must inform the Reception beforehand.
b)    Quiet Hours - After 10:00 PM, the Resort requestsall guests to minimize noise as respect to other guests and neighbors. Failureto do so will result in loss of deposit.
c)    No Smoking – Smoking inside the rooms and commonareas are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy will resultin a PhP 5,000.00 fee to cover for extra room cleaning and treatment.
d)    Prohibition of Illegal Drugs - The use and/orpossession of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibitedinside the property. 

X. 
Pets
Strictly nopets allowed in any rooms/area of the property except the camping grounds, whereinthey are attended at all times by their owners. Pets must wear diaper tomaintain cleanliness and sanitation. Failure to follow these rules will resultin a PhP 5,000.00 penalty fee per pet and the guest's pet(s) being caged at thegarage during the whole duration of stay. Pets will not be allowed to leave thegarage area at any time. The Resort will not be held liable for any injuries,loss, sickness, or death that may happen to the pet(s). Moreover, should thepet cause harm to any guests and Resort staff, the guest who owns/brought thepet shall be held accountable. 

XI. 
Outside Food and Drinks

Guests maybring food and drinks inside the resort. However, we shall charge corkage feeof PhP1,000.00 per liter for alcoholic beverages. 

XII. Use of Common Areas
All stayingguests have access to designated common areas, such as the pool, gardens,gazebos, basketball court, café, and cooking area without any extra costs on afirst-come, first-served basis. Nevertheless, the Resort reserves the right toclose the common areas on a short notice without warning and shall not pay anycompensation for its lack of availability. Guests are expected to followpolicies for use of such amenities and likewise, maintain its order and cleanliness. 

XIII. 
Use of Shared Kitchen/Cooking
AreasAs much aswe would like you to make the best of our equipped kitchens, we would like toinform that we do not accept heavy cooking that includes excessive use of oiland spicy ingredients causing strong odors. This will not only damage ourinterior but will also disturb other guests. Guests must make sure to clean,dry and put away any of the kitchen utensils they have used. Failure to complywith our kitchen/cooking policy will result in a fee based on the costs ofextra and/or special cleaning. 

XIV. 
Resort Events

Please beaware that at certain times throughout the year, our Resort may host weddings,events, and parties which you may feel would be an intrusion to your stay. Shouldyou want assurance of no such events occurring during your chosen dates, youmay contact the Resort prior booking for information. 

XV. 
Guest Behavior

Guests arerequested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Resortpolicies and procedures. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoymentof other guests, the smooth running of the Resort, or cause offense to otherguests or staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or removeyou and members of your party from the Resort if, in our reasonable opinion, weconsider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case, theResort shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, otherservices or any other loss or expense incurred. Guests shall exercise diligencein the protection of their persons and effects against injury, theft, loss andother contingencies. Hence, the Resort shall not be held liable for accidents,injuries or any untoward incident that may occur while inside the resortpremises. 

XVI. 
Guest Liabilities

Guests shallbe held responsible for the proper use of the facilities including furniture,appliances, and equipment. The Resort reserves the right to hold the guestsliable for any damages and/or loss of property. Damages and breakages must be immediatelyreported at the Reception. Guests must settle their liabilities upon check-out.The resort shall be free from any damages, liability, or responsibility as aresult of any unlawful and/or wrongful act committed by the guest/s. 

XVII. 
Resort Liabilities

We promisethat the Property shall be in a condition reasonably suitable for accommodationand that any services that we agree to provide or arrange will be provided withreasonable skill and care. However, there is no guarantee that the guest willbe able to stay in the specific room selected which may be due to operationalor safety reasons. Should the guest be allocated to a room with a lower ratethan originally selected, the Resort will refund the difference in room rates. Onrare occasions that the Resort may need to cancel your booking, you will begiven a full refund but the Resort shall have no further liability to youarising out of such cancellation. The Resort reserves the right to cancel anyreservation, accept no responsibility, and shall not pay any compensation if anevent beyond our control will prevent us to provide such accommodation orservice to you including, but not limited to, industrial action, fire,flooding, failure of power and electrical supplies, or force majeure. 

XVIII. 
Complaints

We wouldwish to resolve amicably any reasonable complaint that we receive relating tothe standard of service or accommodation arrangements. If your complaint cannotbe resolved during your stay, a follow-up must be provided in a written letterform with all relevant information and proof (i.e. photo, video) to us within seven(7) days from your check-out date. Failure to provide such document within thestipulated time period would mean that the complaint has been resolved. TheResort cannot accept any responsibility if we have been deprived of theopportunity to investigate and rectify the matter. 

XIX. 
Closed-circuit Television (CCTV) System

The Resorthas a fully functioning CCTV system in selected common areas running 24 hours aday for your and our security. We have the right to use our own footage inwhichever way necessary. 

XX. 
Data Privacy

The Resort iscommitted to protect the privacy, confidentiality and security of personalinformation of its clients. All information you provide will only be used inconnection to your booking. 

XXI. 
Use of Website and Other Online Platforms
While allreasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on itsWebsite and other online platforms (i.e., Lucia’s Tagaytay on Facebook andInstagram), the Resort does not accept responsibility for errors or omissionsand reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements featuredon the aforementioned without notice. These online platforms may contain linksto websites operated by parties other than the Resort. Those links are providedto you for your reference and convenience only. We do not own or control thecontent of those websites and are not responsible for their content or your useof them.
