The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotels it owns and as agent where a Booking is made for a hotel that it operates on behalf of the Hotel Owner. The booking confirmation will clearly state the identity of the Owner.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 03:00 PM. Check-out is 12:00 PM.
Kindly present a valid government-issued ID/ Passport together with your booking confirmation upon check-in. A security deposit of PhP 2,000 per room will be collected upon check-in, refundable upon check-out.
Early check-in* / Late check-out* fee:
For Casitas, Casa Grande, Forest, Family, and Pool Cabins: PhP 1,000 per hour.
For Pool Villa: PhP 1,500 per hour.
*Subject to room availability
Should you need need to request for early check-in / late check-out, please advise us at least 1 day before your arrival.
For Camping Guest/s:
Check-In Between 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM only
Check-Out Time: 24 hours upon arrival
Extra Person / Extra Bed
Extra person and/or extra bed fee is PhP 1,200 per head per night, inclusive of free breakfast. Kids ages five (5) years old and below can stay for free, if using existing beds.
Children
All children 6 years old and above are considered paying guest. All children (a person under 12 years of age) staying at the Resort must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Extra beds are available with an additional fee. These are limited and subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking.

Strictly no pets allowed.

To confirm your reservation, a pre-payment of 50% of the total amount must be done through Paypal. (Debit and Credit Cards Accepted)

Damage to Property
We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Resort during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Visitors
Visitors of staying-in Guests shall be charged PhP 800 per head to access Resort amenities. Visitors are allowed from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only.
Resort Events
Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year, our Resort may host weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your break. Please contact the Resort directly in advance of your stay for further information.
Guest Behavior
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Resort, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Resort, or cause offense to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Resort if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. Guests shall exercise diligence in the protection of their persons and effects against injury, theft, loss and other contingencies.
No Smoking
The Resort is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the rooms. We do provide designated smoking areas in the Resort to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke.
Food and Drinks
Guests may bring food and drinks inside the resort. However, we shall charge corkage fees for alcoholic beverages.

Head to Tagaytay via Aguinaldo Highway. When you reach Acienda Designer Outlet (KM 48), make a left to Daang Balite. When you reach the end of the road, make a right to Real Street.
