Property and Cancelation Policies :
- For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival there is a penalty of 30% of the reservation value. Cancellations outside this window attract no penalty.
- For No Shows, non arrivals and premature checkouts after arrival, 50% of the value of the booking will be charged.
- Extras booked prior to arrival may be cancelled at any time without penalty.
- Imposed travel and/or border restrictions beyond your control
- COVID-19 or related illness being endured by you, your partner or a member of your household which would result in your travel posing a health risk to others
- Hurricane or storm related force majeure that makes it impossible for you to travel as scheduled
