- If the Guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- If the Guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the payment amount is not refunded, but the date of stay can be reactivated.
- If the Guest cancels with 7 days or less, there will be no refund, nor will they be able to reschedule the date.
Terms and Conditions
- The Balance Owed for the Dome Rental is settled upon arrival, at the time of Check In. At that time you will be given the key to the room.
- You can check Out at any time until 11:00 AM local time.
- At check-out time you can leave the key in the cabinet that is behind the main door of the Dome.
- Bed linen, towels and corkscrew are not gifts, they must belong to the property.
- In the case of the Single Dome, the occupancy is for 2 adults, and the extra stay of 1 minor, up to 12 years old, is allowed at no extra charge.
- In the case of the Double Dome, the occupancy is for 4 adults and the extra stay of 1 minor, up to 12 years old, is allowed at no extra charge.
- Extra person $50 Dlls per night.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the Dome. Smoking area on the terrace.
- Pets / Pet Fee $100 Dlls
