Guest Access

Early check-ins are complimentary if available, but cannot be guaranteed.    

A digital registration form will be sent via text message prior to your arrival. This should be completed prior to checking in and must be completed in order to receive your access keycode. This form can be completed in person at the front desk if preferred. Upon arrival at the hotel, your credit card and photo ID will be verified. Access via keycode will then be granted, including 24/7access to the front door to the property. Self-check in after office hours is available if arranged in advance.  

Luggage can be stored prior to check-in time and after departure. Late departure past 11am may result in a $250 fee.  

Hotel Policies

There must be at least one adult of 25 years or older residing in the unit during the reservation period. 

No more than the maximum occupancy of guests is allowed on the property. Maximum occupancy is as follows:
4-bedroom unit: 10 adults
3-bedroom unit: 6 adults
2-bedroom unit: 4 adults
An additional two adults exceeding the maximum are allowed, provided an extra person fee of $100 per person per night is paid. No additional guests are allowed beyond this limit.

If the maximum occupancy level is exceeded, this shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and may warrant eviction without refund. 

We are not currently admitting any parties or events. If you have any questions or concerns regarding whether your group is considered a party or event, please reach out to us.

The outdoor areas, including pool, hot tubs, sundeck, cabanas, and BBQ grills are available to all guests on property from the hours of 7am until11pm. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. No guests shall utilize the outdoor areas from the hours of 11pm until 7am. Please be mindful of other guests. Any noise complaints may result in the pool area being closed early. Pool hours may change at the discretion of management. Guests may be asked to leave the pool area in the event of disorderly conduct.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the pool area. Nudity and overt sexual behavior in any public area will not be tolerated.  

No glass is allowed in the courtyard or sundeck area. Plastic cups are available at the front desk. 

Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. There will be a fee of $250.00 added for smoking in any area of the hotel, including but not limited to: suites, public areas, courtyards, hallways, and balconies.  

No animals or pets of any kind are allowed on the premises unless the animal is a service animal as defined by the ADA. Emotional Support Animals are not considered Service Animals under the ADA and are not permitted. 

No shouting obscenities or throwing of any objects from hotel balconies or windows; this includes but is not limited to beads, spitting, pouring drinks or liquids, etc.  

No illegal activity will be tolerated under any circumstances: i.e. marijuana or other illicit drugs ,nudity, prostitution, drunk and disorderly conduct, domestic disturbances, and/or fighting. The New Orleans Police Department will be called immediately.  

No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed and may result in an additional cleaning fee.  

No candles are allowed in the units. Any wax left on floors or other surfaces may result in an additional cleaning fee. 

As a direct result of any damages to the hotel, certain fees will apply to the primary guest on file to compensate for these violations. Please note that these fees will vary and will be determined based on overall cost for the hotel to fix or to replace these damages. Failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate eviction from the Hotel and forfeit all deposits and room fees.
