CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICIES
Any cancellation or rescheduling is subject to the following terms:
1. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, a penalty of 50% of the total rental amount will apply. This means no partial or full refund will be issued for the deposit, whether the reservation was made in advance or for the same day. As an alternative, the customer may opt to transfer the reservation to other guests or reschedule the activity.

2. Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend on the reserved day, you may reschedule your reservation once, with a maximum rescheduling window of one month from the original reservation date. Please note that the new requested date is subject to availability.
Rescheduling Conditions:
· Notification must be given at least 3 days before the scheduled date.
· A rescheduling fee of $80.000 cop must be paid.
· Failure to meet the above conditions will result in the activity being considered canceled (refer to point 1 on cancellations).
Notice: By proceeding with the reservation process, you agree to our policies, terms, and conditions. Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total stay value is required. Please note that without this deposit, your reservation will not be secured, and another customer may select that date. *The reservation will not be confirmed until CABAÑAS EL ABUELO has received your deposit and you have sent us the payment receipt and reservation details. *The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your reservation, prior to check-in. *The use of our facilities for photo sessions or filming with commercial purposes must be consulted and approved by us, as it incurs an additional cost. Failure to notify us of the use of the facilities for such purposes may result in the suspension of the reservation without a refund.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
Your reservation confirmation will include details about the check-in procedure and arrival guidelines.
- Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm (latest check-in time).
- Check-out is at 12:00 pm on your departure day.
*If you have booked one or more of our experiences (decorations, spa, dinner, or other), please inform us of your arrival time. Dinner service will be available only until 8:00 pm. Please note that to access this service, your check-in must be before this time.
Important: Please note that the plan includes breakfast for 2 people. If you wish to use the meal service, this must be notified in advance via WhatsApp no later than one day before the stay.
Dinner: Only certain meal options are offered (menu subject to availability for that date).
Lunch: Available only when the stay is for more than one night.
