- Credit card is required at check-in for a deposit authorisation.
- Smoking is not allowed in the building. The penalty fee is HK$2,000
- Please refrain from staining the provided linen, which includes sheets and towels, failure to do so will result in a replacement fee.
- For long stay (7 day +) reservations, room housekeeping cleaning service will be provided on a weekly basis. For more details, please check with our Community Team.=
- Damaged or misplaced key card will cause HK$250 charge per key card.
- In compliance with the Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023 for regulating disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products, hotels in Hong Kong will no longer provide complimentary disposable plastic toiletries and bottled water in guest rooms starting from 22 April, 2024.
