We require 3 full Days' cancellation notice before the scheduled arrival date In Japan Local Time, otherwise, your credit card will be charged the cancellation fee shown below:
** 100% of the balance due on your first night will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation 3 full days before your scheduled arrival date In Japan Local Time or if you are a NO SHOW on your scheduled arrival date. This does not include your arrival date.
** If you made your reservation a day before your arrival date, the 3 Full Days' notice for the cancellation will not apply to you. Your reservation will incur a fee if you cancel your reservation after midnight.

Terms and Conditions
- All beds are for ONLY one person at ALL times Always!
- All Rooms are Shared Bathrooms, Showers & Wash Areas.
- Free Parking based on space available (first come-first served basis).
- Quiet Time is from Midnight to 6:00 AM.
- All rates are per Person per Bed and include a 10% TAX.
- Please note that individuals below the age of 16 are not permitted.
- Taxi Fares are based on location only 4 guests per Taxi.
- Guests are liable for any damage due to their Negligence.
- All reservations are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- ALL (UNCLAIMED) ITEMS LEFT IN THE HOSTEL WILL BE DISPOSED OF 7 DAYS AFTER THE CHECK-OUT DATE. ANY ITEMS CONTAINING LITHIUM BATTERIES CANNOT BE SENT THROUGH THE JAPAN MAIL SYSTEM EITHER BY AIR OR SHIP (CARGO).
- Reception Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Check-in time: 15:00 - 20:00 (NO check-ins are allowed after 20:00 with NO EXCEPTIONS).
- We do NOT have a self-check-in service.
- Arrival after our final check-in time of 20:00 will be classified as a "No-Show" and our cancellation policy will apply with NO EXCEPTIONS
- Check-out time: Anytime until 11:00 AM.
- We DO NOT do luggage storage at any time after 11:00 check out time.
- Please keep valuables in your possession at all times. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Please be advised that our staff does NOT live or stay at the hostel after closing time of 20:00.
- All guests agree to all the Terms & Conditions set by Mt Fuji Hostel Michael's.
