kept its architectural design intact: high wooden ceilings, the floors
that mix wood and mosaic, spacious lounges, dining rooms, terraces and
patios covered with fruit trees.
We offer a unique experience, full of nature and culture. Our hallways are decorated with mascaradas, Boruka masks and flowers.

Late check-out (after 11:30 and before 14:30) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
All cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@hotelaranjuez.com or by WhatsApp to (+506) 8536-7964. All cancellations must be confirmed as “received” by the Reservations Department of Hotel Aranjuez to be considered as valid. A “cancellation approbal” is given to the customer once we receive the cancellation request.
For refunds:We will make an 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least more than ten (10) days before the date of arrival (85% if payment was made through Paypal, commissions are not refundable). 50% will be refunded if cancellation is received between 9 and 4 days of arrival. Last minute cancellations (3 or less days before the arrival to the hotel) are non refundable.

Terms and Conditions
ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICIES
By submitting your credit card information you acknowledge your agreement with our reservation and cancellation policies. At the time of submitting the information, your credit card will not be charged immediately, it will be used only in case of No-Show. You can choose your payment method at the front desk.
Infants under 6 years sharing bed with their parents stay free of charge. Persons with ages over 7 years old pay the full rate. If you require a crib, please request it.
Rates are subject to change without notice. All rates include 13% sales tax.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9 a.m. and is given as a courtesy.
Check Out: 11:30 a.m. We ask our customers to check with the front desk, if required, the possibility to leave the room after the set time. It should be clarified, however, that in the absence of an express request from the client, the Hotel Aranjuez will proceed to charge 100% of the stay (if there are rooms available). In case there is no room for that night, the Aranjuez Hotel is authorized to take the objects in the room to the luggage store and is not responsable for any of the objects left in the room.
Check in time: 2:30 p.m. Hotel Aranjuez will do everything possible to have the room ready before the arrival of the client. If it’s not possible, our clients can enjoy our social areas and general services.
Noise: After 10 p.m., guests must keep noise levels to a minimum.
No Show / Early Departures Policy
NO-SHOWS and/or un-used room or early departures are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Additional Policies
The Breakfast Buffet and other services like coffee and wireless internet are given as courtesy to our guests.
At the moment of the reservation, the customer must provide truthful information about the number of persons (adults and children under 6 years) that are going to stay in the room. Also, the guest has to specify the number of beds he’ll need.
Other Policies
Hotel Aranjuez reserves the right to refuse admission.
Any person or guest having an immoral, illegal or disruptive behavior will be taken out of the property.Please note that everyone who stays at the Hotel must be properly registered. Access is not allowed to not register persons.
Prostitutes and/or unregistered guests are not allowed in hotel rooms.
By law, prostitution and the exploitation of underage persons is forbidden in Costa Rica. Hotel Aranjuez will call the authorities if an event like this occurs within its facilities.
Costa Rica is a smoke free country. By law, smoking is not permitted in the hotel or in any social place. A $300 charge will be billed to guests who don't comply.
No pets are allowed in the hotel premises.
Guests who don’t respect these policies will kindly be asked to leave with any claim to a refund.
Hotel Aranjuez assumes no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to persons or property as a result of natural disasters, arrests, strikes, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or changes in traffic. Hotel Aranjuez assumes the fact that clients have access to the means to protect themselves against such contingencies, such as travel insurance and others, and that they have already taken measures to protect themselves in this regard.
