• Is it really you? A valid photo ID is required upon check-in.
• All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of the responsible adult occupying the room and a valid credit card for a guarantee of arrival.
• Our room rates are always awesome, and they are subject to change.
• All rooms are subject to a 6% tax collected by the State of Michigan.
• All accommodations are subject to a one time cleaning fee of $30
• Group trips are fun! When booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind- two people max for rooms with a single bed and four people max for rooms with multiple beds. 
• Have children?  Additional children are allowed however, we would suggest bringing an air mattress or sleeping bags as we do not have extra beds.  Rooms can accommodate up to a full-size air mattress.

• You can check-inany time from 3PM local time.  Keys willbe available with the cashier at The AuTrain Grocery Store located next door tothe property until 9PM.  After hourscheck in can be arranged by calling the store at (906) 892-8142.  Please complete the registration onlinebefore requesting a later check in.  Keyswill then be left in the room for you.·        
• You can Check-outany time up to 10AM local time.  Latercheckout times can be requested but we may not always be able to accommodatedepending on how busy we are.  At checkout time please drop the keys off to the cashier in the store.

• Cancellations are entitled to a full refund if done within 2 full days of the first night of the stay.  Cancellations inside the 2 day window will be charged the deposit fee that was due at the time of booking.

• Breathe easy. AuTrain Motel is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $250 room cleaning fee.

• Please no pets.

• We want you to have a great time when you arehere. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you breakit, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to yourcredit card at market value.

• Quiet time is from 11PM to 7AM.  Please keep noise down during these times toprevent disturbing other guests.

• Vacations should be stress-free and for thatreason, you get to park right in front of your room. Park diagonally in frontof your door.  Only one car perroom.  Should you need extra parking accommodationsplease ask by calling the store at (906) 892-8142.  We have limited availability for extra parking,and it will be on a first come first serve basis.  ·        
• By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (andyour guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not takeresponsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicleor personal property.

• Room refreshes will not be offered during stays.  Should you need fresh towels or toiletries, the center service room is unlocked. Feel free to help yourself.  We ask that you be courteous and not take more than you need so there is some left for other guests.  Should you find the room supplies to be low, please inform the cashier or send us a message through whistle.
