We're 3minutes away from a white sand beach, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, 5-10-minute motorbike ride to the famous Cloud 9 surf break and boardwalk, and seconds away from Crosssfit Siargao.
We have rooms with queen beds and double beds that can accomodate 1-3 guests. All our rooms are airconditioned, with their own toilet and bath and hot/cold shower. Very secured facility and safe during the day and even at night.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Rebooking is free and unlimited (up to 3-6months from date of original stay) if due to health related (Covid-19), flight cancellations or quarantine reasons.
- If rates availed are regular rates, rebooking allowed up to 6 months
- If rates availed are promo rates (3nights, 6nights, etc), rebooking allowed up to 3 months
- No refund
- 50% of total charges as no show charge if cancellation or rebooking is done 15 days or less prior to date of arrival/stay
- Booking is transferrable or convertible to voucher for future use (subject to room availability and voucher expiration date)
- Voucher to be issued will be the same PHP amount of the booking and not number of nights originally booked
- Booking using the voucher will be dependent on prevailing rates of the chosen dates of stay
- Voucher amount will only be allowed to be used in one go; no breaking of amount into several stays/vouchers

- Wear a mask when required or when necessary
- Lubihan Siargao is run by deep well water, so please conserve water during your stay.
- Please switch off the lights and remove everything from power outlets when leaving the room i.e. lights, air-conditioning, chargers and other electroni device/s.
- As much as possible, we try to avoid single use plastics. So, please bring your own tumbler/water bottle and carry it everywhere you go, especially if you are leaving for your adventure for the day. We have a drinking water dispenser by the hallways and you can refill your water for FREE.
- Help us maintain the quality of the villas for you by leaving your footwear outside the door before entering or inside just by the door after entering the villa. We do daily basic cleaning (no linen changes) and can do a weekly full cleaning. If you need your room cleaned, please contact a staff.
- We have a designated smoking area in our garden/backyard. Please use those for your smoking breaks. Smoking is not allowed inside the villas/or any other parts of the property that are not designated as smoking sections.
- Clean your rubbish/trash and segregate it in the proper bins. There are bins labeled accordingly inside your villa and in the garden area. Please be sure to put sanitary items in the proper bins inside your toilet and bath and not down the toilet.
- Keep doors closed and locked if you are not close by, as flies and other creatures may try to make themselves at home, and to ensure security of all your belongings. Lubihan Siargao will not be responsible for any lost items in your room.
- Feel free to use the vehicle parking outside the gate when available. If you need to rent a transport, please let us know.
- Bed sheets and towels are ready upon check-in and will be replaced weekly; towels every 3 days. If you would like to change sheets prior, we will charge Php200 per request. Stained and torn linens will be charged Php700/item. All villa items should be left inside the villa upon check out.
