Property and Cancelation Policies :

Standard Rate – Guests are required to provide a minimum of 5 days' notice for cancellations; otherwise, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. A 30% deposit will be charged upon booking, and will be refunded should the guest notify a cancellation 5 days prior to arrival date.
Non Refundable Rate - No cancellation permitted. Full amount will be charged upon booking.
